A license for parenting is both unenforceable and too much government control over basic freedoms.

That said, especially when looking at examples like Britney Spears' or Lindsay Lohan's moms, wouldn't it be nice if we could prevent the morons of the world from reproducing and screwing up their respective kids.

I mean, you have to take a test and be licensed to drive/operate a 2 ton 'death machine' (read: car) or to practice medicine on people, why not a test and a license before you're allowed to screw up some poor kids life.

But again, unenforceable, and arguably a very fascist move, so while I'm for it in theory, I am against it in practice.

You need to take a class, get educated, take a test, pass the test and get a license to own a gun, or even drive a car, but not to create a human life out of nothing, over which you will have suprmeme control and influence?

You can carry hundreds of fingers in a purse or brief case for most everyday counting of the higher numbers.

I doubt I would ever need to count that high, I mean 20, that's damn high already, I mean I could go to 21, but how would I ever get to that number?
