Comedy Parks and Recreation - Part 2

Oh man, the episode starts with Bill Murray as mayor and ends with Garry Gergich. So many feels.

Another two awesome eps.

Burt Tyrannosaurus Macklin... way to spoil Jurassic World. :o

The Johnny Karate episode was daring and they knocked it out of the park. Holy, was it hilarious...

Also, loved Two Funerals (was scared when I saw that title, Garry was dying). How did they keep Bill Murray a secret? Or, did I just not hear about it somehow? It was nice getting a 'past character highlights from a few.

Ironically, Jim O'Heir plays another mayor, Rob Ford, on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

Wow the Johnny Karate show was amazing. Batman works for Burt Macklin! Even Duke Silver showed up.

They've been really good with giving the characters a proper send off. But, it's sad seeing the show go.

Man when's the last time a show had such an awesome final season? I mean every single episode for me at least has been on point. They're nailing every little thing that always made me love this show. It's just perfect, too many sweet moments and laughs for me to name all my favorites. But I'm extremely pleased with this season.

Both episodes last night were awesome, but my favorite part by far was Ron getting his hair cut by Typhoon.

I'm so pissed I had Murray spoiled for me, but great episodes nonetheless.

Those fake commercials had me rolling! Loved the Johnny Karate episode, def one of my faves of this final season. Glad to see Tom and Lucy get engaged. Really gonna miss this show.

"Parks and Recreation" Exec Producer Harris Wittels Dies from Possible Drug Overdose
Harris Wittels, who was an executive producer for and recurring character on Parks and Recreation, was found dead in his home on Thursday, according to TMZ. The 30-year-old comedian/writer was reportedly found lying on his couch, and was pronounced dead at 1 p.m. There was drug paraphernalia in the house, and authorities reportedly believe Wittels overdosed.

In the past, Wittels had been outspoken about his trouble with drug addiction, and he had previously been to rehab twice.

But he was a multi-talented force in the entertainment world. Aside from producing Parks and Rec, Wittels produced and wrote for Eastbound & Down and The Sarah Silverman Program. He also coined the term "humblebrag," starting the hashtag trend on Twitter and later scoring a book deal about the idea.

Damn I thought he was hilarious on the show.
"Wazzup, I'm Harris, I'm 33 years young, I have my cousin Jason's truck for two more weeks, I have one testicle (Whac-A-Mole accident!) and I'm down to clown."
Didnt know he was an exec. producer

Aw man, I'm sorry to hear that. I enjoyed him on the show and had no idea he was a writer and producer too. Always sad to see someone lose their battle with addiction. RIP.

That sucks. Just on the heel of the show's end too.

Yeah, that's gotta kind of spoil things a bit for those working on Parks. You're just on the eve of your grand finale and then you find out that one of the team died of a drug overdose five days before it's set to end.

RIP

This has been the best final season ever. Loved that Johnny Karate episode. I would watch a whole show like that.

I swear wasn't he one of the Animal Control employees?
