Comedy Parks and Recreation - Part 2

The funny thing is that Lowe came out of nowhere for me. I always liked Adam Scott from Step Brothers, but with Lowe and I knew he was in the Brat Pack and all that but Ive never checked for him in any roles.

But now Im looking for whatever he does in the comedy world. I know he has a new show in the works and I hope it pans out

I heard he was the bright spot of an otherwise abysmal movie "Sex Tape" with Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel

He was alright but the character was pretty much forgotten in the final act.

Pawnee BOOM: PARKS AND REC will air its final season with back-to-back episodes on Tuesdays from 8-9 p.m., starting 1/13. Finale: 2/24

NBC is wasting no time getting this out of the way.

Geez, what kinda send off is that?

Oh, cry me a river, it's the final season anyway and we're getting two episodes a night. That's a win.

I don't mind but it is fast, it seems like the new to do for shows in their final season this year. Glee/Parks/LoK all going out fast.

SOunds good. I was just wondering when this will premiere

Does seem weird to be getting it out of the way so quickly. Not that Im complaining. What are the other NBC mid season replacements?

I guess that explains the lack of promotion.

The hell with that, I needs it nao! :argh:

With Natalie Morales apparently returning, I wonder if they're gonna give any resolution to Tom's relationship with Tatiana Maslany's character. I mean, she was only supposed to be in Rwanda for like 6 months, lol.

"When she came back from Rwanda, it was like she was a completely different person!" ;)

Only fitting for NBC to give their best comedy a quick see-ya! History repeats in how they treat their shows.

I kind of chuckle over the fact that, in this age of binge-watching and people s***ting their pants over Netflix dropping an entire season of a show at once, that NBC airing two episodes a night is seen as some horrendous offense.

When networks do that though they're basically burning off the show real quick so they can add reality shows and what not.

i dont see much complaining just confusion.
As I said Im happy to be getting the show, but it does seem weird that theyre burning it off so fast.

I'd be a lot more upset if we didn't already know this was the last season, since them burning through it so fast would kind of confirm that it was done. Since we already knew, though, I'm indifferent.

It's finishing up during sweeps, not too surprising they'd rather do the finale during a ratings period.
