Lois Lane : Reese Witherspoon ( Unconventional I know , but she's the only actress I could think of with the right blend of sarcasm, comedy, and vunerability)
Superman/Clark Kent : Brandon Routh
Perry White : Rip Torn
Jimmy Olsen : Sam Huntington

I have no clue who could play Brainiac, but i'm sure there's someone out there best for the role.

* Marsters did a great job with the role on SV.
* Stewart would, as always, be great.
* Weaving did a similar thing in the Matrix movies but the shape-shifting would be fun.
I'd love any of these guys as Brainiac.
But Riff-Raff??? He can do nasty, that's for sure. I saw him as a slimy husband (husband-to-be?) in something else; can't remember what it was.
Think I'd prefer Weaving.
