Age of Ultron Paul Bettany IS The Vision

"When comic book writer Roy Thomas created the Silver Age version of The Vision he drew inspiration from Adam Link who is a character in Otto Binder's I, Robot story and Spock (Leonard Nimoy) from the original Star Trek television series. Thomas challenged himself to create an android trying to deal with human emotions that he had, even though he wasn't human. Thomas had Ultron create The Vision so that he would help him destroy The Avengers, but Vision ended up sympathizing with Earth's Mightiest Heroes and turned on his creator. For Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Paul Bettany, who voiced JARVIS in previous Marvel films, will be playing The Vision. He'll still be a creation of Ultron, but what else can we expect from Whedon's version of The Vision and Bettany's portrayal of the synthetic Human? "Once again he's someone who's completely different than anybody else in terms of his powers, his look, but also his perspective" Whedon told SFX. "He's artificial life and he's not caught up in the in-house bickering and the pain and self-doubt. He shows up and he's very certain. But we're not certain what he's certain of! And Paul's great, because he's so gentle, so compelling, but at the same time you're like '[scaredy-cat voice] He's nice but... what if he murdered me?"

Everything sounds so perfect :drl:
