Phase 5 Slate
2022
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (Magus as villain. New team forms made up of Adam Warlock, Nova, Nikki Gold, Moondragon and Martyr.)
Spider-Man 3 (Scorpion as villain)
Blade (Dracula as villain)
Disney+ shows - Hulk/She-Hulk, War Machine (these would have as much of a chance of being ongoing as the current Disney+ slate)
Hulu Shows - Moon Knight, Iron Fist, Daredevil (all ongoing)
2023
Captain Marvel 2 (Galen Kor as villain)
Black Panther 2 (Doctor Doom as villain)
Fantastic Four (Annihilus as villain)
Disney+ shows - Power Pack (ongoing), Cyclops (miniseries), Storm (ongoing), Jean Grey (miniseries), Archangel (miniseries)
Hulu Shows - Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Punisher (all ongoing)
2024
Silver Surfer (Galactus as villain)
Avengers 4 (Kang as villain)
Ravagers (not sure who the villain should be)
Disney + shows - Bishop (miniseries), Psylocke (miniseries), Thunderbird and Warpath (miniseries), Beast (miniseries)
Hulu Shows - Wolverine, (ongoing) Emma Frost, (miniseries), Magneto (miniseries)
Phase 6
Thunderbolts (Zemo, Songbird, Leader, Ghost, Taskmaster, Shocker, Bullseye vs Justin Hammer and his Masters of Evil which would include the Abomination)
Uncanny X-Men (Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine, Xavier, Jean Grey, Thunderbird, Bishop, Beast and Psylocke. Big bad appears to be Magneto but it's really Fabian Cortez)
Astonishing X-Men (Wolverine, Shadowcat, Colossus, Iceman, Warpath, Rogue, Omega Sentinel and Nightcrawler. Wolverine is on this team going forward. Big bads are Master Mold and Cassandra Nova.)
X-Factor (Mystique, Havok, Val Cooper, Polaris, Strong Guy, Shatterstar, Rictor, Forge, Darwin. Big Bad is Mojo)
Ultimate Extinction (The Avengers, X-Men, X-Factor, Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four team up to fight Galactus)
New Disney + series - Shadowcat (miniseries), Iceman (miniseries), Nightcrawler and Rogue (miniseries), Colossus (miniseries), Karima Shipandar (miniseries), New Mutants (ongoing), Champions (ongoing), Avengers Academy (ongoing), Havok (miniseries), Polaris (miniseries), Dazzler and Longshot (miniseries and sets up Strong Guy and Shatterstar), Forge and Darwin (miniseries), Rictor (miniseries)
New Hulu Series - Man-Thing, Werewolf by Night (both ongoing)
Everything else would be dependent on the other films doing well. If something flops, it won't be in Phase 6. Thunderbolts and three X-Men teams (X-force would be after Uncanny X-Men 2 in Phase 7) is enough for new franchises alongside a team-up of epic proportions with all hands on deck. Possibly a recasted Iron Man and Captain America in Phase 6.
Phase 7
X-Force (Cable, Domino, Deadpool, Siryn, Psylocke, Archangel, Fantomex. They team up to fight Genesis and his Dark Riders)
Excalibur (Captain Britain, Pete Wisdom, Blade, Black Knight, Faiza Hussein, Meggan, Death's Head 2.)
New Disney+ series - Gambit (miniseries), Alpha Flight (ongoing)
New Hulu Series - Deadpool (ongoing), Cable (miniseries), Siryn (miniseries), Domino (miniseries), Fantomex (miniseries)
Uncanny X-Men: Fall of the Mutants (Rogue switches from the Astonishing team to Uncanny to replace Archangel and now has Captain Marvel's powers. Gambit joins the team. The X-Men fight Apocalypse.)
Astonishing X-Men: The Brood Saga (The X-Men team up with Captain Marvel to head into space and assist the Shi'Ar in fighting the Brood.)
Avengers: Secret Invasion (The Skrulls aren't as friendly as they seemed. Veranke is the villain. The ending has Norman Osborn become director of SHIELD)
X-Cutioner's Song (X-Men, X-Factor, X-Force, Avengers, Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four team up to fight Stryfe. Literally everyone but Excalibur and the cosmic heroes is part of this fight.)
For those wondering, the New Mutants would be Cannonball, Magma, Sunspot, Karma, Magik, Cypher, Wolfsbane, Warlock and Mirage. Magma would join in Season 2. Warlock would join in Season 3. After Season 3, we'd get a new team as Cannonball and Magik and join the X-Men, Mirage and Sunspot join X-Force and Wolfsbane joins X-Factor. Emma Frost would be training all classes. Karma and Magma would remain part of the series and assist Emma going forward. Second team joining in Season 4 would be Jubilee, Chamber, Mondo, Marrow, Blink, Synch, Husk, Skin, M, Gaia and Penance. I'd skip Maggot since his powers are just gross. Gaia joins in Season 5. Jubilee, Marrow and Husk join the X-Men, Blink gets sent into another universe which kickstarts Exiles. M joins X-Factor. Mondo, Skin and Synch die. Chamber and Penance remain at the school. Season 7 is where we meet X-23's class with Surge, Hellion Rockslide and others (by this point in time, Rockslide will be possible on a TV budget)
Phase 6 would be about introducing the X-Men into a new universe firing on all cylinders which would swamp Hulu and Disney+ with a bunch of miniseries and ongoing ones for Wolverine and Storm. Phase 7 is when we meet X-Force and Excalibur (Excalibur would be a fun diversion as the films grow more serious in tone as it would just be a purely lighthearted low-stakes comedy.)
Phase 8
Phase 8 would end with the following films
X-Force: X-Tinction Agenda (Archangel gets his vengeance on Cameron Hodge for killing Candy Southern during his Disney+ origin miniseries. Genosha is liberated and mutants are now free there.)
X-Men: Messiah Complex (Not Uncanny, not Astonishing. It's both teams teaming up to fight Mister Sinister. A villain who played a role in Captain America's creation and played a role in the heroes victories ever since. The only time he failed was during Infinity War. He's finally ready to make a move. He wants a child who will be born with incredible powers and the X-Men are in the way. He knows their every move, their every weakness. This is the day when the world is his. The X-Mansion will be invaded. Gambit's loyalties will be tested. Wolverine will finally get his vengeance on Sabretooth. This is what the entire X-Men franchise has been building up to.)
Avengers: Seige (Norman Osborn has taken control of the Thunderbolts and uses Zemo to infiltrate the Avengers Mansion and destroy them from within. Norman kills Gwen Stacy who by this point is Ghost Spider. Asgard is completely reborn and brought to Earth in its orbit with Odin, Frigga and others resurrected. Norman will have the power of a god now as per the Scriers' prophesies. Norman's death at the hands of Spider-Man remains the only possible way to free the world from his grasp.)
Avengers vs. X-Men: The Phoenix Force has arrived and claimed Jean Grey as its host. The events of Avengers: Endgame followed by Wandavision, Doctor Strange 2 and then everything Kang, Bishop, Cable, Genesis and Stryfe did fractured the M'Kraan crystal and Jean must be used to repair it. The catch is that Jean isn't allowed off-world by the Avengers who now view her as having the power of Galacus. The X-Men stand by Jean and want to let her go off world so she may one day return. Jean herself feels like she's capable of anything and admits that she's become emotionally unstable but hopes to free herself of the Phoenix Force once she returns to Earth because all of reality is at stake. Doctor Strange offers to let himself fix the crystal despite the claims from the X-Men that his plan may not work. Instead, both sides begin fighting, we learn who the traitor within the X-Men was who caused Bishop's future and it was Wolverine who kills Xavier. After Captain Marvel blows Jean out of the sky, she resurrects as Dark Phoenix and kills Spider-Man, Captain Marvel and Falcon. Cyclops is forced to kill Jean who at this point is powered only be anger and grief. After Jean's death, we see Xavier's ghost return as Onslaught who kills everyone but Bishop, Magneto and the Scarlet Witch. Right as he's about to kill Magneto, Wanda destroys reality and the M'Kraan crystal shatters.
Age of Apocalypse: A film accompanied by multiple Hulu series showing a world ruled by Apocalypse who is currently forcing evolution by exterminating all normal humans. Only the Scarlet Witch and Bishop remember the old world. Wanda because she is dead in this one and Bishop because he never existed in this world. The film ends with Magneto killing Apocalypse right before multiple nuclear warheads are launched which causes Wanda to destroy reality again.
House of M: In this world, only Bishop remembers how things used to be. He needs to get Wanda who is now the crown princess of the world to come to her senses and simply restore the previous reality. When Wanda finally listens, she points out that these worlds she's been destroying have been countless and there's no way of bringing them back. She knows the spell but it doesn't work. Worse yet, this may be one of the last realities in existence. It's only when the humans begin rising up against Magneto and kill him, Polaris and Quicksilver that Wanda ends this reality as well.
Secret Wars: The last reality. The multiverse is over and there is now only one universe. Doctor Doom has been preventing new realities from being born. The catch is that his plan to rule over this last universe made up of multiverse fragments didn't work as intended. The Beyonders know that the M'Kraan crystal must be repaired and act as a failsafe to protect the crystal from Shuma Gorath who is far too great a threat with only one universe in existence. Doom may not rule this universe because the Beyonders deem him unfit due to his lack of wisdom, ruthlessness and poor judgement. If Doom wishes to rule, he must gain the consent of the governed. The heroes of various universes Doom destroyed stand against him. The villains decide that they must join with Doom to stop the heroes from winning. Zemo remains a wildcard until he rallies the thunderbolts of all realities together under his banner to dethrone Doom. Eventually the only two people left standing are the main MCU's Reed Richards and Doctor Doom. Reed removing Doom's mask and punching him in the face over and over again atop Doom's tower is the only thing happening anywhere aside from ordinary noncombatants getting on with their daily lives. There are no longer heroes. There are no longer villains. There is only Reed Richards and a defeated Doctor Doom. Doom gives up and tells Reed that he can now rule. Anyone who would object was not interested in the battle. That leaves Reed Richards in control of the last universe. The only thing left for Reed to do is bargain with a Beyonder that he wants to fix the M'Kraan crystal and restore reality. Except he wants to restore his back to the point where the Avengers and X-Men killed each other to create a world where they didn't make the same mistakes and in his words create, "a world of hope." He claims that he can understand the science but can't understand the magic and wants the Beyonders to bring back Doctor Strange and the Scarlet Witch. He then has one last request. He wants his wife, Sue back because, "she's the most truly decent person who's ever lived and I want the new multiverse to have reason, compassion and morality." The film ends with Reed and Sue staring out at New York from atop the Baxter Building.
