The picture doesn't give away scale. How large are the structures? I mean, is that hill-like structure the size of a mountain range, or is it just a pile of dust and rock fifty feet away from the rover?

My guess is the "man" is actually just a small rock, no further than a few feet away.

EDIT: After looking at NASAs original picture, I'd say I'm right.
