For the record, I had no idea that Latino Review was going to put up a fourth clue, nor was I aware that there was a website that would "launch" the trailer. Right after I saw the fourth clue at Latino Review, I put the four highlighted words together and tried different URL's. When I found the site it asked me to put in a four digit code, which is found on Latino Review's clue. I was pretty surprised that I got there first, to be honest, and I would have handed this to another fan gladly. I was not aware that my name would be posted at Apple. In the end, you all got to see the trailer as soon as possible, so it seems like a win for you guys.
beggers can't be choosers. I feel studios have no obligation to do htthings like they did with tdk. it would be nice, but they are a business not in it for the fans....well for their moneybasically, you are admitting that it was poorly done...admitting that it was pointless...and STILL defending it's merits. Have you NO standards?
I cannot believe that I'm having to argue in favor of quality, and people are actually arguing against quality and saying that mediocrity is better than nothing.
Well that was disappointing. I sure hope there is more to this than a trailer. Don't get me wrong, trailers are sweet, but I expect more from a viral/ARG than highlighted words/trailers and hope this takes off because an Iron Man ARG has loads of potential.
This particular game is over, that's all. A viral is usually a series of games. They're not obligated to send over clues in our prize for the next game./sigh... This makes me sad... This convinces me that the viral is "over" for now and there are no more clues left.
I don't think that SHH cheated or did anything wrong... They just checked the Latino Review first... and got it before anyone else... I'm actually surprised no one at Latino review got it first, but I can see how they might not be paying as much attention as the folks over here.
The reason why I think it is over is that the only "clue" that was left over the our websites clues was that 1969 bit... but if that was the code SHH had to input... we got nothing left... By picking apart the trailer all we are doing digging into the plot... not solving some riddle left behind...

Stuff that sticks out like that.Yea that was a mediocre effort to appeal to people like us. After the amazingness of the TDK campaign, we have come to expect more. So please, go all out or don't go at all. That being said, it did bring back some very pleasant memories from that ARG..It's hilarious that the top secret code to type in was blantantly written in the center of the final image and circled lol. That's really the best they could do?
More like "hippos in the static" than actual puzzle-solving though.Yea that was a mediocre effort to appeal to people like us. After the amazingness of the TDK campaign, we have come to expect more. All those misspellings and it was just the highlighted words...
I think a spellchecker is in order before the next "clue" game is revealed.
I think they were intentional, but they just ran out of ideas and ditched the concept. Either that or we're suppsed to hold onto the misspellings and wait for another thrilling viral to build on it.

While I doubt this is anything important, it's been bugging me.
