Poster/Billboard Sightings Thread

Graphics are ok... but it reminds me too much of this poster

I guess images with heroes carrying damsels in distress are not something new to movie posters but I'd prefer just a simple image with the bike and rider myself.

That's the first thing I thought too. Another hero carrying the woman. All in all though the poster is great!

I have one issue with the "Ghost Rider" color. All the other colors there represent fire, yet, the title is silverish?

Ahhhhhh, I thought it reminded me of something.

OK, so it's not original. I still dig it though.

Some new posters posted at Joblo.com. 'The Rider coming' is too large in my opnion otherwise these are great images.

BTW has anyone seen a Ghost Rider poster in theaters yet?
Cool posters. But i'm sure the flaming skull one is sure to give some little kids nightmares.

No i haven't seen one yet. But i'm sure within the next few weeks will we.

which means it will have done its job...heh
the new "headless" poster is very cool...wonder how many versions Sony is planning on putting out? gonna need more wall space now...

I'd rather see this poster with a heavier shadow in the face and the font fading away.

They're both excellent posters. Aimed at the boys this time, I guess.

Being picky, I wouldn't have exaggerated the eye sockets that much, but I'm very glad they kept them dim and scary.

The Hellcycle one. Well, what can you say? It's always been a jaw-dropper, so what more do you need?

:wow:

The one with just GR and the Hellcycle almost looks like a novel cover

Is it only me or the last poster has the shadows, general outline, and skull position of the famous light in the dark cover?:D

Yeah i know what you mean. Especally next year when all the new FF2 posters come out. i got a lot of the frst ones.

How long till someone Photoshops the head's "head" poster on the body of the "headless" poster?

That's a fun sentence to read...

Anyhoo. Anyone see anything out and about yet?

nope :csad:
struck me as odd since it would make more sense to put up a teaser poster now since the trailer is out. also added to the fact its Oct would make even more sense to have it out...maybe they are waiting for early/mid nov to take advantage of the holiday crowds?

Don't want to sound like a complainer but i think the GR posters or at the very least the teaser posters should have been in theaters ages ago. This would help generate more awareness and interest in a pretty unknown charcater to the general public.

The Spidey 3 poster has been up since July and thats coming out in May. GR is coming out in February, what sort of game are Sony playing? I'm no marketing expert but its a strange move to say the least. Its almost the end of October now.:ninja:

Our theater has the GR poster of him next to his bike holding her.

finally! sheesh.....
glad they got them out though.....but yeah i agree w/ Retro they should have gotten them out sometime in late Summer. but oh well...Sony has been doing this kind of thing for a long time so i guess they should know something about promoting films by now..heh.

Still none around my neck of the woods.

I spotted a Transformers one yesterday and that's not out til July. Where's Ghostie? Eh?
