Yeah, I've always been confused by that. Because of all of them, both Billy and Trini had the least attitude. It's probably a translation glitch.

Oh, in that case, there was no mistranslation. Since the guy in the original didn't look for 5 teenagers. While later seasons tried to adapt the Sentai original loosely, they really just did their own thing at the beginning.

I'm truly baffled at where you got such a idea.

Zordon is an American creation. All his lines were written by Americans. There was no "Japanese to English" translation for what Zordon said.

What do you mean WTH? I didn't know Zordon was a an American creation. I've watched every season but I don't know much about the Sentai series.

When you're four and watching MMPR you don't think about it. But when you're 24 and a person makes a pic that makes total sense looking back, you tend to think of questions like that.

I'm up to Wild Force now which has been amazing so far.In space and lightspeed have been my favorite seasons so far.

nice to have you hear. My favorite seasons have been MMPR,Zeo, the second half of Turbo, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force and RPM. I honestly can't wait for Megaforce so I got to ask you a question I read on Facebook:

What is your favorite morphing sequence , Ranger(and if it was someone who was a power ranger multiple times like Adam, Carlos or Tommy which generation Ranger was your favorite and it could be up to 6 Rangers) and morpher.

I like the RPM morph and the classic Mighty Morphin Morph.

My favorite Morpher is probably going to be the Super Megaforce Legendary Morphers/ Gokaigers Transformation Cellphone Mobilates(I mean, putting a power ranger key in your cell phone and you can become any Ranger you wanted). That would be awesome as well as useful. I would be changing into different Power Rangers daily just because I could.

My favorite three Rangers are Tommy when he was Zeo Ranger 5 and the Black Dino Thunder Ranger, Kat when she was Pink Zeo Ranger 1 , T.J. when he was Red Turbo Ranger , Zack Taylor the Black Ranger(had to choose between him and Ethan James the Blue Dino Thunder Ranger), Adam Park when he was the Green Zeo Ranger and Katie Walker the Yellow Time Force Ranger. So what about the other Power Ranger fans on this thread?

Well, I mostly liked the earlier seasons up to Time Force. Wild Force was a turn off for me. I don't know why, I just really didn't like it. After that I didn't watch the show that much anymore, though I would regularly watch an episode when it was on tv. I have seen every episode of Megaforce however, since it is the 20th anniversary season and as a fan, I can't miss it! I've also started watching MMPR again, almost finished season 1.

My favorite morphing sequences have to be MMPR (especially season 3 with the mask appearing), Zeo and Lightspeed Rescue. There have been other nice sequences, but they often take too long and sometimes less is more.

The morphers are actually hard to choose from. A lot of them are in the same style. Most commonly we've had wristmorphers (Zeo, Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force,...) or cellphone-morphers (Wild Force, Mystic Force, Samurai,...), so I'm not going to pick those. Since I prefer them to be original. I'm not going to pick Jungle Fury's sunglass-morpher either, though. It just looks really, really weird. I think I'll have to go with MMPR's morpher and SPD's morpher. Both of them stand out and have a nice design.

As for my favorite ranger, I've always had a weak spot for the sixth/extra rangers. When I grew up, I mostly watched season 2 of MMPR, which had the White Ranger as the leader AND he had a different look. The Gold Zeo Ranger also had a cool design and it was the return of Jason. The Lightspeed Titanium Ranger would probably complete my top 3.

Phew, ok now that that's done. Favorite Morphing Sequence? I love the original, just the whole "It's Morphin Time!" and then being cut into the morphers themselves before transformers. Classic.

Morphers, I'll go MMPR or Lightspeed Rescue, if for nothing else than simplicity. They worked and they didn't need a lot of motion to activate.

I've met Jason David Frank, aka Tommy Oliver, so it'd be hard not to mention him. But my other favorites include, Billy from MMPR Carter from LR, Skye from SPD, Connor from DinoThunder, Dustin from Ninja Storm, and....I know there are more but I'll leave it there.

Even Magiranger's Travelion looked great. With already 2 good looking Train based Zords, how come the main Zord of a Train focused Sentai Season looks so ugly?

As a kid I was a fan of the Power Rangers and Thomas the Tank Engine.

I liked the first few episodes of LSR, but I was not a fan of some of the later episodes.

Well I'm happy two of my favorite PR characters, Tommy Oliver and Karone are coming back, Also it's great to see Tommy in the MMPR Green Ranger costume again. Do you guys think there is a chance we might get to see Dragonzord again?

LSR is in my Top 5 for Ranger seasons. For me it just worked on so many levels.

So will the rangers in the Super Megaforce need to get the approval from the alumnis to unlock special powers a la Gokaiger? Also, in the Legendary War it seems like they have the pre-Zyuranger/MMPR Super Sentai in the group. I thought they filmed a special Legendary War scene for Saban to use?
