Psp > Ds

It really doesn't bother me at all. All I care about is having fun with the both of them. I plan on taking both of them to college with me to play Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops and the Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass when they come out

Damn, sucks for you :(

Yeah, it does suck. The 360/Adapter cost 500 bucks (still less than the real PS3:eek:). My 3 games cost about 60 bucks (I abused the Circuit City deal.)

LMAO :D

What games did you get?

I got PDZ (underrated), GRAW, and PGR3.

I love them all. I picked up Halo 2 and Jade Empire also, for about 30 bucks total.

Meh, Perfect Dark Zero, despite being a good game, is nowhere near the greatness of the original Perfect Dark. I hate the Tom Clancy games (they never clicked onto me). But Project Gotham Racing 3 was cool.

Get Ninja Gaiden, that game kicks ass!

I never played the original. :( Maybe it'll be on Live or VC someday. GRAW's pretty cool. PGR's awesome.

And about Ninja Gaiden, what's it about and what makes it so good?

Ninja Gaiden is about a kickass Ninja. Just buy it now.

How much is it? I'm still a little short on cash.

20 bucks man, but price should be no issue, it is the most kickass video game ever... After DMC3.

No, I already have a Nintendo DS and I am perfectly content with it. It may have a few extra features and a much better design, but it's the same damn thing.

The brightness level is what sold it for me. I HATE playing my DS outside because the sun makes it hard to see the screen. Turn the brightness level all the way up...no longer a problem.

I view the PSP and DS like this. If you want games close to consoles, get a PSP, if you want games you'll only ever be able to play on the DS...get a DS.

Games are all different because people HAVE different tastes. Gamers are quick to forget that. It's like everything has to be the same or something....

I honestly have no problem with that. I usually play my Nintendo DS in a car or at home.

Like I said, the Playstation Portable offers better hardware with traditional handheld gaming and offers you the chance to play console games in the palms of you hands. The Nintendo DS offers you innovative handheld gaming. Owning both, the best of both worlds!

True 'dat!

Sweet, I'll pick it up sometime. Should I get NG or NGB?

Best Xbox RPG, just SLIGHTLY beating KOTOR 1 and 2, which are also awesome

Ninja Gaiden Black!
Trust me on this one, dude.

Alright, but what's the difference between them anyways?

And Jade Empire is awesome, I love it!

Let me fill you in, friend...

Wikipedia info: A second edition of the game, titled Ninja Gaiden Black, is currently available in stores. It is essentially a Director's Cut of the original Xbox release of Ninja Gaiden. It features two new difficulty settings (Master Ninja & Ninja Dog), much of the content from both "Hurricane Packs", tweaked enemy placement in the extra difficulties, four new costumes, the original arcade version of Ninja Gaiden, a new mission mode with 50 short missions(including 5 from the previous "Hurricane Packs") involving scenarios not found in the core game itself, one longer and more challenging mission called "Eternal Legend" (unlocked after beating 40 of the missions), and several new in-game cutscenes. Some of the additions to the game are not readily apparent. Many are only available after being unlocked by progressing through the game at various difficulty levels.

Cool, I'll pick that up.

The original Perfect Dark is the greatest FPS of last generation and possibly ever.

I don't see the hype in PGR3, racing games are pretty boring. I only like Mario Kart b/c of how unique is it. How many racing games allow you to hit your opponent(s)?

Depends on what you mean by "hit." I can crash into cars in almot any racing game, it just doesn't do anything to them.

But I'm just messing with you, Mario Kart is the best racing series.

I only need one racing game per system because all of them are the same anyways.

Crash Team Racing was mad fun.. I remember playing that game with my friend for hours on end.

there has been a ton of threads on this subject, whos better, psp or ds..

the psp had tons of promise and was a good idea. but the games suck. the only game that people are interested in is gta. and that version will soon be on ps2 because it didnt sell alot on psp and they want some money off of it.

the ds offers alot of extreamly cool games and thats all that matters. everyone has an ipod pritty much, so why put mp3s on a poor mp3 player. and the umd movies are selling so bad, that all most all companies are done making them.

psp was a blunder for sony and ps3 is leaning towards being the number 3 home system.
