Purple trousers or jeans for HULK in TIH?

Honestly, I never notice the color of his pants. As long as it's not bright red or yellow, ok for me.

but it doesnt really need explaining, Its the Hulk, thats how you've always seen him. Big green guy with purple pants. Your idea is a good way of explaining it but IMO, it doesnt need to be explained.

you know what, i want to see the hulk busting out of every single combination of dress attire there is...

what's the point of having him bust out of the same thing every time...

i want to see him in

stretchy shorts
busting out of a suit
busting out of purple pants
busting out of jeans
barely keeping himself inside some shorts
busting out of a prison jumpsuit

the whole shebang...


why limit himself to one look.

I think the original look should either make a cameo at the beginning of the film or right at the end. I don't think it should be constant but it should be reprented.

I liked how ang represented it in the last film and i also liked how bruce was constantly busting out of different clothes as well.

the hulk doesn't have a costume so there is no point trying to attach one to him.


one more thing, i would also like to see a classic arty take on a naked hulk as well, perhaps trying to find clothes to fit him, maybe going around fighting with a curtain round his waist or something like that. It's hard to believe he doesn't bust out of all his clothes, give him a scenario where he has to find clothes to wear...

let's start thinking outside of the box peeps, limiting ideas to merely wearing jeans is hardly the depth of your imaginations...

All depends how it's handled....
it could go really cheesy and corny, which i would hate....

(just watch, or at least tried, the transporter last night, and i'm not impressed i have to say.... LL, i hope it's because of Besson behind that the lines were so bad, acting non-existent and the movie dull....)

I thought I read that was a retcon by Stan Lee in the late 70s as an excuse for him always having written Hulk in his purple britches, seeing as logic and reason were becoming more important among the comic book community.
