Puss In Boots (2011)- The RETURN of Antonio Banderas!!

I saw it today I liked it Puss was my fave character in the films so I am glad he got his own film, oh and Antonio was great as well as Salma as Kitty Soft Paws :).

Agreed. It made up for that crap that was Shrek 4.

Fun movie, really bizarre plot, bizarre friendship, but great characters, funny too. You really end up rooting for them.
The Shrek movies are all kind of a big blur at this point, other than the idea that it's a shared fairy tale universe (some of the characters who showed up in the orphanage were hysterical), this really just stood out as it's own thing. With its own setting (loved the opening walk into the saloon). and character arcs - love story, betrayal, friendships, etc.

Plenty of action, sword fights and dancing too!:woot:

Loved her

34 mil for the weekend, not bad for an October release.

You know someone was going to do something with this.

Kitty Soft Paws: "You hit me in the head with a guitar?"
Puss: "You're a woman?!"
OMG Cat: "Oaawwwwwwww!"

Much better than the last three Shrek movies. And better than any other DreamWorks Animation movie from 2008 onward that wasn't How to Train Your Dragon.

Watched this today loved it. We and my buddy watched it at 4pm. The entire theater was empty. It was only me and him and it was awesome. And we avoided 3D and watched this in 2D.

I know this was a while ago, but did you really find this better then the Kung Fu Panda films?
