Question: The Hero

What would you consider to be an ideal hero? I am attempting to write a movie and am looking for details about what would make a good vigilante-type hero...

What's in a name? For me, (with comic/fantasy) one of the first things I do is start with a name. Especially comics, their identity is so wrapped up in the their name.

Give him/her a kickass name and start thinking about the possibilities. I have several that I have made short films/scripts and comics that started that way.
