I'm not really a Batman fan I loved Batman 89 and Batman Returns and Batman Begins but I'm more of a Spidey fan..

but does the Dark Knight have actual Supervillains persay?

Like: Spidey has Venom Sandman Hydro-man Green Goblin Carnage....

Supes has: Darkseid Doomsday Parasite and Zod

so does he have Supervillians?

Depends on the definition of "Supervillain." If you're talking about people with genuine superpowers, he doesn't have many, but he does have a few (Man-Bat and Poison Ivy qualify, for example). If you're just talking about regular villains (who can be called supervillains because they commit large scale crimes, or "supercrimes") then the number increases considerably.

I would say "Bane" is probably the closest thing to a supervillain in the Batmn rogue's gallery. the rest of them are just criminals with a penchant for destruction.

I'd say Ra's al Ghul is in the same catagory--he's not a "criminal." In fact, he wants to change things and stop crime and poverty and oppression. The only problem is he feels he needs to kill most of humanity in order to do it.
