Honestly, I really hope he returns. I may be in the minority about that, but that's how I feel.

At this point, Raimi coming back for more sequels after SM4 seems very doubtful.

I'd prefer it if he and the present cast were to leave. I might feel differently about that if SM4 turns out to be great, however.

Look I like Raimi and I really think he made an awesome job with S-M1 and S-M2, and even S-M3 had great moments.

But maybe, just maybe, the time has come to pass the director's chair to someone else. And in case they're not able to find a good director with that same love for the Spider-Man stories that Raimi has, they should keep him as director.

I pretty much agree
I want a cast and crew shift for 2 reasons
1) I'm not a fan of one person playing the same role for a very long time no matter how good they are
2) I want to see Michael Angarano play a teenager Spiderman
