Rate and discuss the new layout

Another thing I have come to like is ignoring specific threads. There are some threads in some forums that always pop up but I have no interest in reading or seeing notifications from so the ability to hide them comes in handy.

I think if you switch your theme/skin to just the SuperheroHype theme (not the SuperheroHype Liquid theme), the sidebar seems to remain fixed to the right (that's the theme I'm viewing the board under and I haven't had any issues with the sidebar getting in the way). You should also be able to collapse the sidebar (there should be an "X" in the top right corner of it) - that might also help.

Some of us would like to be able to keep the ability of having multiple links in our signatures... we'd love to have that ability back.

Thanks mate. I've no idea how to change the skin, but I've found if you're logged in, you can collapse the side bar with the x, otherwise, if you're viewing in guest & not logged in, you can't collapse it.

To change the skin, just go to your Preferences (here's a Direct Link: https://forums.superherohype.com/account/preferences ) and it's that first option "Style" (we only have the 2 publicly available, the SuperHeroHype and the SuperHeroHype Liquid - there's technically a 3rd that you can get that's a light blue theme that some feel is closer to aspects of the old board, but you have to ask one of the admins, like C.Lee, to switch you to it)

I'm up to five wanting to add the sixth. Spider-Fan has 20 links in his signature right now to let people read his MCU movie reviews, and that number will go up, he needs more link space.

It was obviously possible to have more than1 link before, but from a site readability standpoint a lot of links are kinda bad. Lots of stuff flying around, extra colors, etc.
I can probably increase the limit from 1 to something higher but going to 20 seems too high for sigs with a 6 line limit.

Perhaps some other option might work like a thread you create that has all the links and you link to that single thread? Especially for something like reviews.
So it would take an extra click but it would be much better for the average lurker/member just skimming through threads.

I mainly don't want to go too :rogue: (no Rogue emote eh) here.

Cant stand it there was no point in changing it in the first place and when they first changed it I couldn't view a page at all because the add would cover the full page no matter what and even now I still have to zoom in to 175% when ever other place is fine at 100 because adds still cover the page if I dont and I cant close the page. So annoying that if I come on hear I have to do that and than when I go some where else I have to change it back.

It's the conversations one with the envelope. I don't have it on the mobile nor the notification flag. Also I don't get alerts anymore.

The new layout is fine but this site has become so grossly overrun with ads. As soon as I was forced to disable my adblocker, full screen ads start popping up. The mobile site is practically unusable due to ads.

This. And I’m pretty sure some are really sketchy ads as on mobile I get teleported offsite to one of those “You win!!!! Apple iPhone BIG prizes!” Phishing sites at least once a day.

When on mobile you click on forums the bar underneath gives two options and a menu arrow. The options are 'threads you ignore' and 'forums you ignore'. Can we change this to 'watched threads' and 'new posts'? Would make a lot more sense.
