Since you are in the Marvel movie thread, I'm going to assume you only meant Marvel.
And I'm going to only rank theatrical releases, so no Ulitmate Avengers, Man-Thing Incredible Hulk TV movies. If you don't lay down some rules these threads get kinda rediculous.

Personally I intentionally limited myself to the DC and Marvel Universe because outside of that it's apples and oranges to me.

Now I don't know of any comic book adaptations that are indie flicks (or maybe you mean adaptations of indie comics), but I absolutely love Road to Perdition and V For Vendetta (just as examples).

LOL, I mean Hellboy 1 and then 2. Hellboy 2 started bad with Hellchild and his fake teeth for me. I didn't like the look of that and from there all went downhill. And trying to make it a sitcom didn't help.
