For me its an eight out of 10. Would have been 10 if it had a bad-ass shot from Psylocke! I also didn't like Sophie Turner's acting. But its definitely NOT Mystique centric as someone suggested. And the music should have been more upbeat but I think they really did a great job teasing Apocalypse the character which this film is mostly about.

It was kinda like the trailer they showed at Comic Con minus Magneto saying the "F" bomb to Apocalypse but I gave it an eight for now

I gave it an 8. I think it did what it was supposed too. It showed what the movie is about somewhat with apocalypse and it showed some great action shots without giving too much away.

rewatching it again for like the 5th time, they really need to fix those shots of horsemen displaying their powers including the Apocalypse Youtube thumbnail shot because right now they look too CGI. And they didn't include the 4 horsemen + apocalypse shot from the Comic Con trailer.

I'll say an 8. It would likely have had a greater impact if i hadn't previously see the supposed-to-be-unreleased SDCC trailer, but that can't be held against the trailer.

People we're clamouring for more in the way of action shots, and they delivered.

Oh, and Havok is so ****ing dead.

It was just the leaked trailer with a few more. I feel stupid for watching that leaked trailer, now I feel underwhelmed about this.

6 outta 10 for me

plusses: Some color in the action, a Villain other than Magneto, McAvoy as always

minuses: That Apocalypse voice, 80's period, Casting but also lack of screen time for the actual X-Men, Back in Black (costumes), That Apocalypse look (still), JLaw as always

I'll watch this free when it hits HBO

This trailer left me MEH..... I love the X-men! one of my childhood favorite's never missed a cartoon and read the comics a lot.
I like the changes they made to Apocalypse, he definitely looks better and no longer looks like Ivan Ooze. I love Fassbender and McAvoy, but I just didn't feel anything for the new cast. The only thing that stuck with me from the trailer was the very end seeing the bald McAvoy Xavier. The rest just didn't get me excited. Hoping future trailers will change that. Willing to give it a chance.

7/10

Thought this did a good job at teasing Apocalypse. Isaac is gonna be awesome. Also love seeing Rose Byrne back, and McAvoy is in top form like always.

But I thought it did a pretty mediocre job at showing the X-Men back finally. There was no excitement there for me on that level. The new crew just seemed bored. Way too many dull reaction shots going on while relying on the typical bass sound beats to make it seem intense.

8/10
It was a good tease. Some of the CGI obviously still needs work and I think some of the trailer editing (part about the four horsemen and QS running through the halls) felt a bit off.

8/10. Best looking trailer for an X-Men film I've seen. Now hopefully it doesn't let me down like every X film has done.

Why is Facebook not letting the YT link be posted though?

6.5/10 underwhelming at best. Apocalypse just sounds like Ronan from GotG. I did love that he can alter his size but I'm still not a fan of his look. Sophie Turner acting is ehhh kinda mediocre. It sounds like she's struggling to do the American accent. Costumes look like they lepy out of a GI Joe film. And enough with Mystique. Her leading the X-Men? Are you kidding me?

This trailer has no punch, no visual flair, and nothing in it that indicates that this movie will do anything to change the Singer X-Men legacy. It doesn't look all that different from DoFP. As a big fan of these characters, its just dissapointing at this point. Hopefully the film proves me wrong.

As for the cool stuff? Storm landing and Apocalypse growing. That was it. It left no impression on me other than meh. Didn't excite me as much as Deapool, BvS (Cc trailer) and CW teaser. It just feels that everything with the destruction porn has come a little too late considering the cbms that have come out recently. It just feels like this film is there. Like just lost in the shuffle of the cbms coming out next year.

All this trailer needed was for at the end the screen to go black, and you hear a familiar voice saying "The whole world's goin' to hell, you're just gonna sit there?" And show a cigar dropping and being smushed by a boot.

I would've died

This is the fourth Bryan Singer X-Men movie. If you didn't like the previous ones, it may be time accept that the series isn't going to fundamentally change.

this looks like a cartoon compared to Singer's previous X-films

8 out of 10 IGN for me, i am excited as hell for the X-men to return.

I loved X-2 but that's where it peaked for me. What Singer is trying to achieve here won't be too different from other Cbms we've seen recently. It might change if someone else other than Singer takes over. FC was a step in the right direction then took a step back with DofP.

8/10 some good some things they need to work on but overall it made me really like the direction they were taking.
