I thought it might be a fun idea to make a thread, where we rate and give our own comments on what we thought of the various episodes in BTAS and TNBA. You can say as much or as little as you like, and give the episodes a score out of 10.
First episode up is:
This is one of my favorite episodes of the series. Not only did it show that an episode where Batman is absent from the majority of the episode works, but it also showed that it doesn't have to be set in Gotham City.
Jonah Hex was fantastic as the hero for this episode. William McKinney delivered a terrific vocal performance. Best of all was Malcolm McDowell as Arkady Duvall. McDowell needs to do more voice over work.
Loved the showdown on Ra's Al Ghul's airship. And the twist at the end.
10/10. Terrific writing, beautiful animation, and top notch voice acting from everyone. Listen for Elizabeth Montgomery of "Bewitched" fame, as a barmaid who helps Hex.
