The way Ray talks about this, it isn't that something occurred recently and he's decided he can't keep quiet anymore, it's that he's been working on this under the radar for some time and now has enough evidence to back this up.
The stuff he said about getting fired for trying to start a union at his previous job, and how he treats this as a similar endeavour really makes this seem serious. He mentioned that he can't say much because there are official proceeding underway looking into this.
This seems an awful lot bigger that a couple guys not getting along.

I would genuinely like to hear the other side simply because Fisher's accusations are so vague they could entail absolutely anything but, yeah, Joss being a jerk is not news. He's a brilliant screenwriter who is an incredibly important figure in television history - all the Marvel stuff, all the JL stuff really doesn't feel like anything more than a blip in the grand scheme of his career - but it shouldn't come as a shock to anyone whose been paying attention over the years that he may be sort of a prick.

I know there's truth to what Henry is saying but they're selling the film and are under the watchful eye of the studio during interviews and press tours for the film. There's a video of Henry trying to sell JL on the floors at the JL premier and he looks like he's having a hard time doing it.

Henry definitely wants the classic and iconic Superman to move forward with how he approaches his next outing if he gets another shot but he's also on record saying he still wants to portray Superman as a badass and cited For Tomorrow many times. Henry wants the same thing fans have been saying for ages: balance.

The one thing that gives me significant pause is that there aren't really any stories or rumblings about Joss being difficult to work with that aren't over twenty years old. Him suddenly becoming an abusive tyrant feels a bit... Odd and does make me wonder if there's another factor we're not privy to.

That said, all of these actors take the highroad. Studio shills. Ray broke standard ass kissing and his career is admittedly on the line. According to him, there IS a process of people wanting to talk whose identities will be protected for something juicy later on down the line.

You won't lose credibility over a misunderstanding because it's completely & utterly different from telling a 100% fabricated lie. Which this wasn't as if you listen to the clip there is grounds for Ray to believe what he thinks he said.

Now I've watched that clip several times as well as 2 other videos that popped up when I Google'd it talking about it. It does sound to me like he say's 'Gay Fisher' not 'Yay Fisher' which is what the Youtuber & his partner claims he said which is apparently some sort of inside joke or reference to Kanye.

We don't know that for sure. Things are often complicated and convoluted. There are all sorts of possible scenarios.

The nature of the reshoots kept a lot of the cast apart. If Whedon acted differently on different days or with different people, there's no reason to assume any of the other main cast members witnessed what Fisher is referring to.
