Justice League Ray Fisher Is Victor Stone/Cyborg

I really dig those Cyborg designs.

I like black/blue/white/Ex Machina combo over the steely, die cast aluminum foil garbage look we're getting in this movie.

It's a WIP. The newest Cyborg pic looks nothing like the version in the JL reel.

I am a fan of Cyborg. I hope he will be done well in the movie and his comic.

His new comic has already taken a nose dive in quality unfortunately, and got rid of his new designs from the dc you era.

Why did they drop the new design anyway. Curiously enough the Rebirth poster shows Cyborg still with that design, yet the actual Rebirth books brought back the old one.

Apparently Ray Fisher is in Australia for a Con. Last minute replacement. I hope that some people will go and show him some love.

He looks like a great guy.

I hope he gets that Muhammad Ali gig on the big screen.

Ray with fans at RICC. When I look at him.. Man, he's so down to earth. seems like a good person.

Based on that red glowing chest opening and arm I’m going to guess that when the box began to repair him it stripped away most of what remained and only preserved his vital internal organs. The reason in universe could probably be that they were too damaged and failing thus would need to be replaced entirely.

wish they used larger, more rounded plates then this segmented terminator/transformers look. but he looks pretty good, notwithstanding the design choice.

I quite like the fact that he looks like an actual cyborg, instead like he's wearing a full plate steel armor. This Terminatoresque approach makes more sense, and while it carries a risk of being a bit off-putting or even creepy, I think they balanced it out well and avoided getting into the creepy factor area.

Just got chills recalling what's left of him.
Not the time nor place for "booyah!"

Judging just from that image I’d say all that is left of him is just a head and some internal organs very similar to Joel Kinnaman’s Robocop.

I forgot to reply to your post above. I agree, it seems his chest and what little has left of his arms got integrated into the alien tech. He probably doesn't even have internal organs anymore, as he wouldn't need them.

It is an interesting question (one touching upon Philip K. Dick's "Do Anroinds Dream of Electric Sheep?" novel) of not just how much human he is, but whether he is alive in the way we perceive it. I enjoyed Cyborg's solo book for this very reason, as they explored some of these themes to extent.

True it is very possible that the box analyzed his organs and constructed advanced artificial ones to take their place.

Him being basically a computer, it's possible he doesn't even need organs of any kind. If I recall correctly from comics, he doesn't need to sleep... so, does he eat? Can he eat, as a matter of fact?

Haven't really thought about it that much, but I think you guys are right; Cyborg's form here really drives the point on his body having been replaced by a machine, unlike his usual design, which would probably look more like a suit over his human body; the visuals of this iteration are a little shocking, but I guess it's necessary to make the point about the character and his conflict, the whole "am I still human? Am I alive?" thing as both Red and Wolfie pointed out.

This also gives me the impression that the tone of the film won't be "marvelized" as some feared, but it won't be too dissimilar from the previous movies (just sliiiightly lighter)

The set visits confirmed that Cyborg has a civilian mode, and a battle mode with an gun arm apart from this one. That ****s gonna be awesome AF.

NOICE! I'm more and more under the impression that everything we've seen this far is from early in the movie, like first half, maybe even first act...I think (and hope) they're really keeping many surprises under wraps...

Could Cyborg's 'Battle Mode' suit be this suit made for BvS that we never got to see in the movie?

Yeah maybe a continuation of that design, something similar. Heard he had 4 arms. Wicked AF.
