There's no Johns panel, he's only been scheduled for Stargirl with the cast and 3 Jokers with Jason Fabok. I see floating around on twitter that his "main panel" was canceled but DC never promoted a panel like that for him. He's only been advertised for the aforementioned panels and there's no Creator Spotlight panel for him or other DC creators like there used to be during past events.

Delighted for Ray that something seems to be happening, bit weird Warner wouldn't confirm this themselves but I would expect now for a leak to come soon. If there has been interviews happening for over a month it's inevitable.

I thought Cyborg was a highlight of Josstice League, and for whatever reason, his scenes in the ZSJL trailer got me the most intrigued.

we don't know if it will be good or bad since we haven't seen it yet, but at least it seems like snyder is trying to say something and provide some more depth with cyborg in his cut.
