Sorry to confuse, Rachel is Rachel Dawes.......from Batman Begins. Kate (Not Katie anymore, Tom Cruise has stated that is her official name now...) Holmes.......and WB is supposedly asking for her NOT to return.

I'm saying this, just b/c the actress isn't returning.....I don't think that should automatically erase the character. Re-cast is always an option.

Now, of course.....it would depend on how worthy of all this trouble this character is even worth. If the character is worth the trouble, then yeah....do it. Although, I could see with the ending to PUNISHER how neither Joan nor any of the other 2 guys would return at all.
