The Amazing Spider-Man Reboot to be incorporated into Marvel Movie Universe?

I will say no. I always saw Spider-Man as being the only superhero of his world. Making him that makes the film more realistic and besides, I wouldn't want to see Spidey in an Avengers film. Let him stay in his one little world.

He doesn't have to be a member of the Avengers, but seeing Pete taking pics at some Stark press conference or something would be pretty awesome.

Wouldn't hurt to see Nick Fury at the end of the film letting Peter know that S.H.I.E.L.D. is out there, watching him and that when he turns 18 (maybe you can make it 21 in the filmverse) he's theirs....

"Enjoy your youth, kid."

THIS. I always wanted to see a scene like in the Ultimate Spidey game where Spider-Man's taking down a villian then all of a sudden SHIELD drops down and takes it off his hands, leaving Spidey all confuzzled and wondering what's happening.

^^This.

I just hate that sort of thing. Having a hero exist in a world full of dozens of other heroes makes them less unique. Another dot on the radar. For me, it really cheapens the effect of Peter Parker being bitten by a radioactive spider and fighting crime if you can brush off the incident with a simple, 'Eh, happens all the time.'

But the fact remains that he is just another dot on the radar. ESPECIALLY in New York City. I don't see the point in trying to "hide" the hundreds of other heroes in the city just to keep Spidey in his solo bubble.

This is not a Marvel Studios production so it's highly unlikely that there will be any references to other Marvel franchises. In Iron Man there was going to be a reference to Stark Enterprises having made Doc Ock's mechanical arms, but they ended up dropping it because of rights issues. Sony still has full control over the Spider-Man movie franchise and that has always been a big roadblock to integrating him into the MMU.

How's this for an idea: Reboot trilogy does it's thing and Marvel does it's thing, neither contradicting each other. At the end of the trilogy, Sony gives Spider-Man's rights back to Marvel. Sony makes Arachnoman movies, and Marvel makes Spider-Man movies. Ha.

^^^Arachnoman? It didn't happen in Ultimate Spider-Man comics
