So for those who finished the campaign already, how long do you think it was?

I think my total play time was like 29 hours. I didn't do very many sidequests after a certain point though.

I beat the game last night after about 40 hours of playtime without even touching the multiplayer until afterward, I'm at level 10 now!!! So what's the verdict you ask??? WOW JUST FREAKING WOW @ the ending, hell at the whole game, what a great game, imo this is R* best game to date with San Andreas a very close second, but story wise this one's better!!! I just didn't see the twist coming just all kinds of WIN lol, so if you haven't noticed by now, yeah I liked it, ALLOT, 10/10!!!up:

I say Rockstar should shelve GTA for a few years and make open world games set in unique settings & era's. Steampunk? Mad Max? The possibilities are endless...

Also, looks like LA Noire will be string competition for MAFIA II

Long live Red Dead Redemption. A truly mature and well made game.

There are always rumors like that with Rockstar games... Big Foot in San Andreas, the Rat Man in GTAIV... I don't think any of them have ever been true.

Actually. I saw him in the saloon at Armadillo after I killed a bear with my knife at exactly midnight before throwing a woman in front of a train that I jumped on and robbed.

why not a fantasy setting? I even thought that if Rockstar could combine with something like Bethesda we could have one hell of a Elder Scrolls game. Think free roam/competitive multiplayer in an Elder Scrolls world.

According to the Social Club's 100% page, there are 57 missions.

There they have pics of the Werewolf. More are reporting it. So I'm guessing it is true but I have not seen it personally.

Just finished the main storyline (approx. 40 hours, 96% complete) and oh, man that was one hell of a game. I'm a little devastated sad it's over but what an amazing trip. And I've barely tried multiplayer so that should keep me occupied for a while; by then I'll be ready for another playthrough!

Kudos to Rockstar, brilliant game all around. Maybe the best game I've ever played. I'm still trying to process the ending.

Also, Hunting Challenge #8, final score: Bears 9, Whiskey Tango 1 (but 1 was all I needed you furry bastards!)

That werewolf thing sounds cool as hell. Is it in SP or MP? Hopefully it's actually legit. If it is, I may have to hunt the bastard down.

Also, Bonzo in MP is ****ing awesome . Can't wait to get the buffalo.

I reckon, after finishing this, Rockstar could do an awesome Pirate game. Like, proper pirates, none of this Disney crap. Or, a Samurai/Kung Fu type game. I'm just picturing something along the lines of Afro Samurai free Roam. Awesome.

I don't know how they could do another Red Dead though... Considering this one is set at the turn of the century, with the ways of the west dying out. That and it kinda felt like Redemption covered all the western things. I don't want it to get stale.

I'm almost not looking forward to L.A. Noire now, because after Red Dead i'm dreading having to go back to a city.
