'Red' Filmmaker To Direct Ryan Reynolds In 'R.I.P.D.' Adaptation.

Looks like men in black but with supernatural. Awesome I love men in black so this should be a good romp if its of the same quirky quality.

It's bordering on plagiarism.

Blame the guy who wrote the comic.

despite the great cast, the movie looks like crap

it's MIB but with ghosts instead of aliens

Jeff Bridges channeling his Rooster Cogburn persona could be fun.

Looks pretty awesome. Jeff Bridges looks like he's having the time of his life

The Men in Black jokes cannot stop. It's literally like someone took Men in Black, made Will Smith white, replaced Tommy Lee Jones with Rooster Cogburn and made the aliens into zombie-like things.

If it's as good as the first MIB then it'll be a fun time at the theater.

At least it doesn't look like Wild Wild West.

This is what I hope for. Men in Black is hardly an original idea to begin with. Secret government organization and aliens yep that is a totally original concept.:o

All this has done is take a secret organization and make it about the supernatural instead of aliens. If anything this is more original than men in black.

This is basically Evolution all over again. Remember that movie? I suspect they already have a cartoon series lined up if this does well.

It's not necessarily about the idea of a secret organization. But this movie features a grisled, grumpy old agent who has to team up with a younger rookie to take on creatures that look straight out of Rick Baker's workshop.

Lack of originality doesn't bother me with this type of material. I enjoyed the formula in MIB so as long as the acting and chemistry is good I see no reason that same formula won't work here.

If someone doesn't like MIB then I could see how this having the same formula could be a problem.

This movie had tons of reshoots and yes every movie has reshoots but exstensive reshoots spells trouble.

It's going to suck and flop like the troubled productions of Jonah Hex, Invasion and the like. And yes I remember when Evolution was supposed to be the new MIB or Ghostbusters and it was a huge flop. It will take a ****ing miracle for this film not to tank.

Nothing in the trailer for this film made me want to see it. A rental at best.

Um that's not exclusive to Men in Black especially the grizzled veteran. That's one of the oldest ones in the book.

MIB but from heaven/limbo with a couple of twists The CGI looks awful

So this is what happens when Men In Black & Ghostbusters have a baby

I'm not going to lie, Bridges is the only thing that makes me want to see it.

Another flop is incoming for Razzie Reynolds.
I even found J.Bridges bad in the trailer, unreal.
