Horror Resident Evil Reboot

September release doesn't inspire me with confidence.

Great stuff from Robbie.

And that release date sounds fine, this is modestly budgeted as far as I remember?

Wait we're getting a faithful reboot?

That's the promise we hope they stick to.

What I'm not sure about is the spiders, I don't remember if anything we saw so far involves or even includes them.

The spiders weren’t in the HD remakes so I don’t think they’ll be in the movie

Would be creepy as hell to see though

It would be very unsettling, especially if baby spiders were a thing they decided to use for the movie and there's a run between either baby spiders or a zombie/crimson head in the Spencer Mansion.

That looks pretty badass. I'm guessing that's the zombie who's found ripping Sullivan's head off his body.

I hope this is good man. This is SO easy to get right also. This isnt like adapting Super Marios Bros, this is a Romero esque gritty zombie flick. The material from the games are laid out for them on a silver platter to just film and adapt.

I hope it ends up being good as well, but with so many bad videogame adaptations these days you never know. The material was pretty much laid out for all of them and yet they still found ways to mess it up and doesn't help that this director is very hit and miss. I really like the cast though, so that's something I guess.

I'm so confused bruh, great news.

I thought Netflix were having their way with this.
