Glenn Frey passed before Prince and nothing was said which surprises me seeing as the Eagles had a Kennedy Center award

Erin Moran of Happy Days -- dead at age 56. Didn't survive Hollywood.

R.I.P.

Oh, man. I know Ron Howard and Winkler are devastated.

RIP Erin Moran... Joanie Cunningham... 'shortcake'...

WHAT? That's kind of scary, She was MY age!
Rest well Erin :(

Apparently she was living in a trailer park here in Indiana somewhere. Had a massive drug and alcohol issue though, so I can see how it went bad.

Ron:

Such sad sad news. RIP Erin. I'll always choose to remember you on our show making scenes better, getting laughs and lighting up tv screens.

Henry:

OH Erin... now you will finally have the peace you wanted so badly here on earth ...Rest In It serenely now.. too soon

RIP Joanie. She was part of my childhood.

We need to hear from Scott Baio.

I though she was older than 56. That's pretty young in this day and age.

Anyhow, R.I.P Erin.

Those comments from Ron Howard and Henry Winkler are heartbreaking.

We need to hear from Scott Baio.

I've heard that some level of animosity developed between them over the years, but I'm surprised there hasn't been some comment yet (at least not one that I've seen).

Oh really? I didn't know that. What was the reason for that? He could still be gracious at this time though.

I'd like to hear from Marion Ross too.

I've never actually seen a reason for it  I do remember hearing some years back that one or the other of them backed out of a talk-show appearance when they heard the other was going to be on it as well. I agree though, you'd think he'd say something.

Also from the Daily Mail article mentioned above, finally mention of word from Scott Baio...

Scott Baio wrote on Facebook on Sunday: 'May people remember Erin for her contagious smile, warm heart, and animal loving soul. I always hoped she could find peace in her life. God has you now, Erin.'

Also in that same article, more tributes from her other co-stars:

Anson Williams, who played Warren 'Potsie' Weber on the show told ABC 7: 'Erin was a person who made everyone around her feel better. She truly cared about others first, a true angel. I will miss her so much... she is in God's hands'.

Don Most, who starred alongside Moran as Ralph Malph on the hit sitcom, said: 'She was a wonderful, sweet, caring, talented young woman... A very painful loss.'

Nothing from Marion Ross so far though.

According to Variety, cause of death was stage four cancer, no illegal drugs found in her system.

And if she was diagnosed with stage four cancer by a reputable MD they might not even bother with a toxicolgy report. Tons of people with stage 4 cancer take a ton of drugs both legal and illegal to ease the pain. So who cares what drugs she was on if that diagnosis is true? Meaningless at that point.
