Erin Moran of Happy Days -- dead at age 56. Didn't survive Hollywood.
R.I.P.
Apparently she was living in a trailer park here in Indiana somewhere. Had a massive drug and alcohol issue though, so I can see how it went bad.
Oh, man. I know Ron Howard and Winkler are devastated.
Such sad sad news. RIP Erin. I'll always choose to remember you on our show making scenes better, getting laughs and lighting up tv screens.
OH Erin... now you will finally have the peace you wanted so badly here on earth ...Rest In It serenely now.. too soon
I though she was older than 56. That's pretty young in this day and age.
Anyhow, R.I.P Erin.
We need to hear from Scott Baio.
I've heard that some level of animosity developed between them over the years, but I'm surprised there hasn't been some comment yet (at least not one that I've seen).

Also in that same article, more tributes from her other co-stars:
Anson Williams, who played Warren 'Potsie' Weber on the show told ABC 7: 'Erin was a person who made everyone around her feel better. She truly cared about others first, a true angel. I will miss her so much... she is in God's hands'.
Don Most, who starred alongside Moran as Ralph Malph on the hit sitcom, said: 'She was a wonderful, sweet, caring, talented young woman... A very painful loss.'
Nothing from Marion Ross so far though.
No toxicology report EVER comes out that fast. So no.
