RIP Celebrity Thread - Part 4

Literally just yelled out 'What the f***' when I saw your post.

He was way too young and this is way too soon and we just lost Michael K Williams. RIP
When I saw the headline reported I just said "****" out loud because he was one of my favorite "lesser known" actors who popped up in a lot of things I liked.

He was good in everything. Even the weird as hell Wesker take in Resident Evil (his multiple versions were great). Really going to miss Sylens in the Horizon franchise.

Man, losing Lance Reddick is a tough one. He was great in everything. From God-tier television like The Wire to average stuff like that Resident Evil show, he was always fantastic. So much presence and quiet intensity. And from all accounts, it sounds like he was just an amazing person all around. Damn it. Going to miss him. RIP.

Nooo!! I got aware about this just now. Such a waste. One of these excellent actors that maybe wasn't super well known, but you always recognized and always apprecitated whenever you had a chance to enjoy their great performances.

RIP Mr. Reddick, and Godspeed.

Crap, only 60 years old. Way too young. Like mentioned earlier, The Continental will never ever be the same now, and a great character will be seriously lacking in that franchise from now on. I expect a huge tribute in Wick 4.

I was holding out a bit of hope for Reddick to be Magneto in the MCU X-Men movies. No one can play a character with authority quite like him. This is really such an unexpected blow.
He was my pick for Xavier. He would have been great in either role. He had such a commanding screen presence.

Paul O'Grady: TV presenter and comedian dies aged 67

'Presenter and comedian Paul O'Grady has died at the age of 67.

He died "unexpectedly but peacefully" on Tuesday evening, his husband Andre Portasio said in a statement.

O'Grady rose to fame in the 1990s with his iconic scouse drag queen persona Lily Savage, going on to present game show Blankety Blank and other light entertainment programmes.

Later in his career, he went on to host a number of chat shows, and also brought his love of dogs to the screen.

He had recently been on tour playing Miss Hannigan in the musical Annie.

In 2008, he was made an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours for services to entertainment.'

Very sad. I liked him. And although I'm not one for drag acts, I found his Lily Savage very funny.

RIP
