Robert Pattinson IS The Batman

Cast Nicholas Hoult as Superman next to Battinsons.

They can't cast Hoult as Superman because Superhoult or Hoult Kent or Nick-El doesn't sound as good as Battinson or RBatts or Pattman or Batfleck or Cav-El or Letoker or Joaqer. This is important stuff you guys and one of the deciding factors when studios cast these films. That's why Caleb Landry Jones is a shoe-in to play the Joker eventually because Caleb Landry Joker just rolls off the tongue.

Tenet is Nolan's Spy Movie (!!) starring Denzel Jr. and The Pattman, so that should definitely help him out before stepping into Batman's shoes. If you would have told me in 2013 that the Twilight dude would be in three my most anticipated films of their respective years (Lighthouse, Tenet, Batman) I wouldn't have believed you.

So who you guys think will ultimately be Nolan's lead for his next film?

Next? After Nolan 2020?
Tente. If Nolan can trust AJT, then he should have no trouble playing Batman. RP should still be the first choice, though.

The entire premise of Nolans new film sounds incredible, so it doesnt matter to me who the lead is haha. both actors are fantastic though and its funny considering both were in the running to play bats, with one getting the role!

The official press release says Washington is the lead.

“The international ensemble cast is led by John David Washington and also stars Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, with Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh.”

Filming is Underway on “Tenet,” a New Film from Christopher Nolan

Right. It's really quite simple. Don't write scenes that involve manslaughter or accidental human deaths.

that's the main problem with some batman and comic book fans in general, specially the DC fans...they're always stuff to complain about, like the whole batfleck killing is BVS..., its time to understand that filmakers are just takin stuff more realistically than in the comic book. in certain situations..if battinston had to get violent, just let him be...you people act like batman is supposed to be this tender guy with values like superman, just give me a break.

I wouldn't be surprised if , as happened with Batman Begins(Cillan Murphy), Spiderman (James Franco), and Thor(Tom Hiddleston), a runner up ends up in The Batman in another role .

Hence, fanboys should probably refrain from bashing ATJ or Hoult ,since they may end up having to support their castings in the film anyway.Lol.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but a movie about Batman is just as real as a comic book about Batman. That is to say, not at all.

This is the exact kind of misunderstanding of the character that leads to Batman killing in movies. :awesome:
