Well yeah Volstagg and Hogun's lack of a helm were alittle disapointing as well, but at least we know there's the chance that Thor will be wearing the helmet sooner or later.
I still find it too coincidental that both Blake and Balder aren't in the film. The recent Ulty Thor origin mini, (which DOES show Thor as a God) has Balder as Doc Blake!
Now I'd be ok with that idea if Odin had the vision of Balder's death causing a Ragnarok, and basically hides Balder out in the open as a mortal. I mean seeing as the Cosmic Cube was hid here on earth Balder COULD be here as well to make sure it's not actually USED.
There's a rumor going around that the Guard in the beginning that takes the Casket of Ancient Winters from the stand on Jontunheim is Balder.

Let's hope that your thoughts hold some weight, Vartha. Until then, maybe you could draw a Hemsworth Thor WITH HIS HELMET ON? Then send it to Marvel Studios showing their missed opportunity...

I pencilled in the wolf with charcoal behind the woman and the coloring studio added in the rest of the background and colored him for this pin up. I can't take full credit for all of it.

lol! I never noticed that but it does resemble Xanatos. It must have been a subliminal gesture on my part.

I drew the babe and wolf...which is around here somewhere but everything else is strictly the colorist's creativity. The wolf is just tinted really.
