YEEEEES !!! I LOVE Rose Byrne and she was really good as Moira in First Class.

I was a little bit disappointed not to see her in DOFP and for some reason I assumed that she was never gonna come back. I'm pleasantly surprised !

You more or less said the same thing that I did.

I was kind of disappointed that she was excluded from DoFP, and I took that to mean she was done with the franchise for good. So, it's nice to know that she'll be coming back.

This series has a bad history of dropping characters and never showing them again. So it's no surprising that a lot of us are shocked and delighted she's back.

I think this is one of the main reasons why we're excited. I mean, given the history you mentioned, no one was expecting her to return, since she was left off DoFP.

Just wanted to echo the excitement for Rose being back! I was bummed when I heard she wouldn't be in DOFP but then I kind of forgot and didn't really think about/miss her, but hearing this now has made me very happy! Glad to have her back.

That's great. She's one of my favorite actresses, and I liked Moira a lot in First Class.

I'm definitely interested in seeing what her interactions with Charles will be like now given on how much Charles has changed from the person that he was in "FC".

Is it wrong to hope that Charles might be allowed to find some form of personal happiness by resuming his relationship (or starting anew) with Moira in this film?

Deleted scene? I can't remember. But anyways, I'm shocked everybody loves Moira! She is a character I loved in First Class, very happy about the news.

Moira's memory was wiped at the end so I'm wondering if Charles pulls out the fact that they knew each other once (I wonder if she even remembers that she was an integral part of the Cuban Missile Crisis and inadvertently paralyzed Xavier himself), but I think there's a lot of story to tell and resolve between the two, particularly if Moira isn't very fond of mutants because she doesn't remember them or if she'll feel any guilt over the fact that someone that she once knew but doesn't currently comes up to her and tells her she paralyzed him from the waist down and sent him spiraling on a path of drugs and alcohol so bad that someone was sent back in time to help him.

Or Muir Island. That's a nice thing too. Maybe Banshee is there? Or Siryn? Not that Siryn is necessary at all but it'd be nice if they sorta strung FC Moira into the X3 one that was a geneticist.

As a CIA agent she should be able to piece together whatever little info/innuendo is out there regarding the mutant group on that beach and the lone human that was with them. Otherwise she should quit her day job and move to Muir Island.

Anyways, Kinberg et al know what they're doing not shutting down the Fantastic Four/X-men cross over talks, whether it actually happens or not. Afterall the latter was a big success for the studio.

I can't say I really missed her in dofp but imo she was the best female character in first class.

If they did do Meir island It wouldn't be a bad decision to bring back maybe banshee too for at least a small role or even cameo

And yes I know they said he was dead but there is certainly a way around it, obviously am not expecting it though

A lot of fans theorize about Banshee and Emma not being dead. I would love to see them back, but I doubt it's gonna happen.

And even if it does, I guess they'll keep it as a secret to explain why they're not dead in the movies. Otherwise, an announcement would ruin that.
