Hong Kong superstar Jackie Chan has made a few interesting comments in his online diary regarding the shooting of "Rush Hour 3", currently underway in Paris. Of co-star Chris Tucker he wrote "He is a real professional now. He comes to the set on time, he cares about the environment, the cast, and the crew. I find that he has become a quiet person and is rather introspective" and "He also has great concentration and focus. All these changes I see in him make me love him more". He had similarly kind words for director Brett Ratner, saying "Although our director's personality is the same (he has ADHD -- Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) and he still acts like a big baby (he's always enthusiastic, energetic, and easily excited), he has really become an experienced filmmaker", adding "He knows which camera angles he wants to use and he has complete control of the set". The shoot seems to be going fine, with a large fountain apparently having to be drained for one action scene, though Chan did not give any further details.
