Rza to direct the Man With The Iron Fist?

Yassss I cant wait looks badass.

Batista interesting cast choice.

What the **** did I just see? This movie looks pretty damn fun.

Definitely got shades of Kill Bill going on.

RZA + Quentin Tarantino + Martial Arts + Sex with Hot Women = ****ed-Crusted Ticket

Why is RZA starring in this? CGI blood and rap? Oof, I dunno. I'll probably check it out as I'm a Kung Fu fan but I'm not over the moon right now.

I've already seen people referring to it as a Tarantino movie. Having flashbacks of Hero's marketing.

I've only heard about this recently like today but man I'm excited My main Rza Russll Crowe, Lucy Lui and ridonkulous kung fu scenes. This is a must see I hope Rza does a more than respectable job on the directing side. It looks really well polished from what I've seen and can't wait to see how it goes.

This looks like it could be a total blast or a total mess.

Bad ass. does anyone have the HD downloadable link?

RZA is in it because he's the co-writer and director.

Rap can be intertergrated if it's done right and not pandering. Look at Samurai Champloo.

That being said, RZA is a huge film buff and friends with QT and Eli. In fact, I think QT has mentored RZA for the past few years.

Or Afro-Samurai (with a kickass main titles song by the RZA).

Terminator, you've never heard a wu-album in your life I presume. If there's anyone that can pull off rap, in and for a kung fu movie it's RZA and the rest of the wu-tang plus it's his movie so he can do wtf he likes. The film looks great. I'm not expecting a masterpiece I just want a fun film and the soundtrack to this is gonna be amazing.

I've trusted the RZA since Blade Trinity, when I realized his work there was the only thing that saved that movie.

I'll donate my super sexy glasses to whoever confuses the RZA with Pitbull. But then I'll kill him for the blasphemy, so the glasses will end up back to (and on) me.

Like Tommy Wiseau!

Maybe he'll be good, I dunno. Doesn't seem like he's acted too much.

....friends with QT and Eli

Well, that might explain it.

I haven't and I don't plan to. I don't really like rap unless a particular song catches my attention.

I played their Playstation game. :|

WU Tang especially RZA has always been very pop culture/geek friendly.

Yep. Ghostface's Iron Man and Supreme Clientele albums spring to mind.

I love the fact that Russell Crowe is in this.

Also I wonder how many times Batista injured himself while making the movie.:hehe:

RZA is legit. Don't confuse him with Pittbull.

The entire Wu Tang is more badass than Pitbull and probably would have made the Men in Black III soundtrack much cooler.

The movie looks badass.

The trailer looks pretty effin' awesome. With RZA handling musical duties, it's safe to say we can expect great things from the soundtrack.

Haha, that trailer wasn't boring to say the least. The CGI-blood was a bit over the top, but I'm definitely curious to watch this.

RZA is a long term martial arts movie fan.
Early on, ODB and I used to watch kung fu movies, leave the theater, do some kung fu fighting, get on the train, keep fighting, and then run into MCs and musically battle them like it was a kung fu fight. That was my weekend habit. When we could afford VCRs, we got all the kung fu movies we could get our hands on and watched three or four a day. We were smoking blunts, drinking beer, watching movies, making demo tapes. To this day, at least four times a week, a kung fu flick is in my DVD player. And I'm still DJing, making beats, making songs, and ****ing with kung fu movies. I'm still the same kid when it comes to those things

RZA did the soundtrak for Ghost Dog: Way Of The Samurai, Kill Bill, Afro Samurai and Blade Trinity.

Rza is playing Blind Master in GI: Retaliation.

If Ridley Scott, Martin Scorsese and Jim Jarmusch think RZA is talented enough to act in their movie then his earned a shot for me.

RZA is co-producing a The Last Dragon remake with Samuel L.Jackson as Sho'nuff.

And that's why I have complete faith that this movie will be awesome!
