San Diego Comic Con 2009

Well, I bought my tickets today. I'll be attending Thursday and Friday. Now I just gotta get my flights in order and I'll be all set.

Any cool stories or tips would be appreciated. I'm looking forward to see all the exclusives and stuff but mainly Legends news and updates.

I'm just wondering who else is going and what to expect. I've never been before so this'll be a first for me.

Take a camera.....get lots of pics of any ML on display, any Futurama figs and any Final Fantasy PLay Arts figures.

never been to sdcc, im thinking about going this year and was wondering, is everyday the same? or is there different things on different days?

supraman... i went to NYCC and it was different everyday. there are different guests and events every day

Judging by how many tickets are still for sale, Saturday seems to be the best day. Of course, it's sold out though.

And Rough, I wouldn't dream of not taking my camera. My mission is to get the scoop on new ML.

No comment on Futurama and Final Fantasy.

If the SDCC is anything like the NYCC, bring water because it's easy to dehydrate walking around so much, have a plan on which booths you want to visit because it can be overwhelming and as others have posted, bring a camera. It doesn't hurt to bring cash because some vendors will not take credit cards.

i've been... its not hot though. but yeah bring a water bottle cuz food there is expensive. bright side is its in the heart of san diego, and you can leave the convention for lunch whenever you want. And most Vendors in cali actually do take credit.

friday and sat are the busiest days. sunday ends early so is hardly worth it to me...

but yeah sat sold out in like march.... friday sold out a week or 2 ago

Good luck with that one. As far as I read, all the tickets will be left at the window for pick up. You might have to beg people as they're walkin in for their tickets.

yeah once comic con tickets are sold out there pretty damn hard to get. it's not like a concert or sports event where you have tickets and can easily find scalpers
