Sandman van robbery question

Way too much thought is being put into this brief part of an action sequence. This is a comic-book movie guys, I don't really care about how they explain how the van is moving as long as they come up with something.

As usual, LOTN is just making too much sense. Shame on you!:yay:

possibly but i think it's just a pile of sand the driver sticks his feet into and gets to drive. It will be regular sand, it's not like the driver is going to do by sitting in a pile of sand. i mean people have other people dig a sand hole and put his or her friend inside and then filling the hole back up with sand so that only the persons head is showing still that person isn't in danger, it's just that they can't move so i think the driver is in the same situation.

There's alot more sand in there then you would bury yourself in.

They probably don't use sand to do it. One one of the Burton Batman films, during the commentaries, they talk about a scene where Bats pulls Robin out of sand that is over his head. The substance they use is called "Bauxite" or sumpin to that effect. During the commentaries, they talk about how real sand is way to heavy to use, and this substance is 100 times lighter than sand, and that is why it is used.

Actually that's batman forever, which isn't directed by Tim Burton.
