Yes its a joke in poor taste. I didnt make it.

Want my opinion? You guys need to lighten up.

I'm confused as to why this thread came back but who cares!

I can't wait to see when he gases one of the fake Batmen.

Seriously, do the boys in the technical department do something to Murphy's eyes to make them stand out? In that poster picture of Scarecrow the red-raw look of his eye reminded me of the artwork of Arkham Asylum.
Oh, and how has his costume developed since Begins? Do we know anything on that front?

The only thing that I have seen is that it is a little more dirty. The figure also shows him in a long trenchcoat-style straight jacket. I haven't seen anything to suggest a full progression to the "Scarecrow" garb.

yeah he also has a brown undervest and a slight plaid pattern to his suit jacket. It is very 'scarecrow' if you ask me. Bring him back for a big role in the third one!!!!! (Wouldn't it be kinda rad to have the scarecrow and two-face in part three, with Ra's maybe manipulating things still behind the scenes? I'd love to see a scarred Liam Neeson. And I KNOW they reference it in Batman Begins, but bring back the emerald cape for Ras and we have a winner.

As much as I would love to see a main role for Scarecrow in the third, I think it would be interesting to have all new villains. Like Penguin, Deadshot, Harley, or Riddler. (I would love to see Catwoman again, but Michelle Pfeiffer will always be the definitive for me.)

^ Absolutely agreed. Within the context of a sprawling crime epic, numerous villains could work to make the third comparable to the second.

Michelle Pfeiffer IS Selina Kyle. I think shes perfect and shes done enough plastic surgery to bring her back without a difference with her age in returns. lol.

is it me, or is Cillian Murphy the world's most underrated actor ever despite being in some very acclaimed and successful films.

No its not you. Cillian is pretty underrated. An underrated but amazing actor.

It's not you, Cillian is ridiculously underrated.

Is why we have Nolan to cast this great underrated talent.

When i first heard of BB I though Cillian was a bit young to play Dr. Crane, but in reality was like one the best casting choices they made.

Cilian as crane was pretty damn awesome, wish we could of saw more of him in bb.

I agree he does seem young for the role, but I always felt that Crane just looked naturally young and despite being handsome and youthful looking he was greedy and hungry for power.

Just like Nicholson was the definitive joker, right?

That's hard to say. To me, Nicholson was amazing. Ledger is a different take on the character. (A take that I can appreciate along side Nicholson's.)

I just saw a TV spot that showed what looked like Scarecrow taking a beating from Batman.

Ah, here's the thing though, it's all right is Crane is young. he first became the Scarecrow at his prom. When he killed a girl who rejected him. So his age is pretty comic accurate I'd say.
