Well most of the Black Widow outfits have Natasha wearing full gloves.

The biker gloves ScarJo is wearing are a bit odd looking though. Either full gloves or no gloves would have probably looked better. I wonder if they have a reason in the movie why she's wearing biker gloves?

Seriously. Why cast a woman to play Black Widow and make her look like the Black Widow? I mean, making her look like the character she's playing? So pretentious. Downright unimaginative.

Emily Blunt isn't the greatest actress of all time, nor is Milla Jovovich. enough already. Milla just doesn't have the rack for Black Widow and you know it.

Well, IMO a good spy must have experience, and you need time to get experience, so BW should be in her 30's.

The rest of the cast are all in their 30's, and 40's...that's why I think she doesn't "fit" with the rest of the cast.

Emily Blunt is also young, but she looks more mature, in most of her pictures she looks like a woman in her 30's. And Milla Jovovich is always underrated, she does pretty well in action, plus she is Russian (but it's ok, I prefer her as Catwoman). Remember that Downey Jr. was underrated before Iron Man (after drugs problem).

Lord knows why fanboys b**** about things. That suit looks like Black Widow, at least from her more recent comics incarnations.

The pic looks a bit odd, though, I think the space should look a little tighter to imply the need for her to crawl like that. Scarjo is sexy, no question about it, it´s the kickass chick we have yet to see if she can pull off.

Black Widow uses guns and weapons. Scarlett definitely has the body and proportions to play this character. She's a good actress and she's gorgeous.

I don't see any rule that because Black Widow is a spy she has to be older or only spies can be older people.

I was wondering about the wild curly extension hair too.

It's possible the reasoning behind it might be to separate Iron Man 2's Natasha from G.I. Joe's Scarlett. These characters have similar costumes and hair color so maybe the decision was to literally go big or go home when it came to the Natasha's hairdo to separate the two.
