Is this the end of the Speed Force arc? I'm bored of this storyline and want it to end already.

Yep, looks like it.

Cisco's last episode is the following week and it's more of a "filler/villain of the week episode"

A few cringey scenes aside, I actually enjoyed this episode quite a bit.

I know a lot of people weren't crazy about 7A but I liked it. At least more than the Thinker arc and most of Cicada. I am glad it's wrapped up though since I think 7B could be special.

Flash Family! Haha, "impulse" good one

The best thing about this episode? Chillbane. I'll take a tacky looking villain who is hot and shows off his 6pack.

Other than that...I am so over this storyline. The children are annoying. Bashir suddenly gaining a new ability RIGHT before they are killed? Sure. Ok.

I don't like a holier than thou Frost. She's been declawed and the character isnt even fun anymore. Even her "You have no idea what I can do" so she just blasts him with an ice cloud...which is exactly what she does all the time.

How do you know Nora is "evil"? she gets more and more Goth everytime we see her.

And once again "love" saves the day.

Can we stop with the "he's not fast enough"? Its been 7 years, Barry always wins in the end.

How the hell is that "speedforce kids" prompt you to start a family but meeting your actual flesh and blood daughter from the future doesnt?

Garbage absolute Garbage this episode was ridiculous and once again it's the power of Love that saves the day. I can't deal with this underwhelming stupidity of Barry and west Allen/team Flash.

The whole Frost Chillblaine fight was pointless and absurd.

Now Barry and Iris want kids of their own. Ugh

What a pile of utter sh##e, seriously. I'm ready to move on. First Mirror Mistress, then Speed Siblings or whatever. Trash. Just trash.

About time we moved onto Godspeed and Thawne.

Dull conclusion to the speed force arc. Another one of these melodramatic endings to talk the villain down. The CGI in the speed force looked crap too.

Also how did Iris get back to Star Labs when her device was destroyed or stolen by Bashir and Siri?

And why, when Cecile gets injured, so team flash need to dress her in a Star Labs sweatshirt?

The Frost/ Chill Blaine fight seemed pointless and like filler.

And they ended the episode on a cliffhanger too.

what cliffhanger are you referring too?! Because as far as I could tell it’s pretty obvious that Barry is about to speed force impregnate Iris to create the tornado twins (Don & Dawn) corrections XS and Impulse (Nora & Bart) .

That was the cliffhanger I'm referring to. Because we don't know if when they got up there they didn't do the deed because maybe they got into a petty argument and then Iris said she's no longer in the mood and gave him the cold shoulder.

Step 2: Start a family.

Step 1: Fix the roof.

I'm somewhat ok with how this story arc ended but definitely not how we got there. A mess.

here's my take on the how the writers went about storytelling about the 4 forces and barry's power.

so i'm guessing that the original speedforce was the 4 forces all in one, meaning there were never originally 4 separate forces with the speedforce, what I think happened is barry ended up creating his own speedforce in a way from the rebirth it created 4 seperate powers that are all one of the speedforce, yet nora controlled one aspect, and the other forces controlled other aspects of her total power just being split into 4 different parts or attributes of the speedforce.

Also when all 4 of them were in the speedforce, nora tells barry he's faster than he's ever been because now he's got all the powers of the speedforce within him....maybe he's finally accepted it and was gifted his true/full potential, according to what nora said it seems barry is much more powerful than before....we can see this as he's running around the lightning storm trying to reverse it, and when they all focus and give barry all his powers he smiles as if he can feel the huge boost in power....so my guess is that in a way barry created his own speedforce but got to experience the speedforce grow from birth which i think is why we seen 4 forces, normally in the the time line the speedforce was already created and barry was chosen by it/stumbled upon it by getting hit by lightning, maybe what we seen was the early stages of the speedforce actually being born and eventually becomes one with the other forces, what we seen was what happened before they became one, just my theory i could be way off and not even close.

What was the point of being dramatic and putting Killer Frost in prison for LIFE (when she didnt even kill anyone) only for her to be pardoned within 5 minutes because she played nice when everyone broke out of jail?

Life without possibility of parole but with possibility of getting out within a few weeks at the drop of a hat. I think lots of people would go for that.

I finally watched this to get caught up for Carlos Valdes' finale episode.

What the hell was that? Seriously, that was some of the worst written crap I've seen on this network.
