Scarlett Witch should've wiped him from Marvel U. when she was altering the reality back in House of M; that would've gotten rid of him cleanly.

I say if they ever bring him back, they need to find some way to completly split him from the void. and divide their poweres equally. that way he'll be more on par with everyone else
