My vote of course is for thebig D himself Darkseid

Save Darkseid for a solo Supes film. So I'm going either Legion of Doom or an adaptation of Kingdom Come.

I'd use all the characters that were in the legion in Challenge of the Superfriends, exept Toyman - I always thought he was lame(he was pretty lame in JLU too). I'd replace him with Deathstroke, Joker, and Mirror Master.
