Serious Health issue help!!

yeah? thanks guys. i was feeling fine all day until like an hour ago whne i started to feel really weird again

see thats another reason to go, now it could be all in your head. once i didnt wana go to school i convinced myself i was ill, so much so i was gagging like i was gonna throw up. in the end my parents forced me to go cos they knew it was in my head and i was fine.

going to the doctors when your worried about whatever health related is always the way to go man.

It's best to not prolong that sort of thing if you can help it. Any chance you can contact your teachers now and let them know about the situation to get to the doctors early instead of trudging through school inviting potential disaster?

ok th first time it happened it was right after i smoke a huge ass bowl of weed( a pipe to you non smokers) and ate a huge ass chocolate easter rabbit. i got a drink,walked around watched 300(amazing when your high) took a nap and i was fine so i figured, just the weed messin with me i better wuit for a while. today at school i had a peach tea in our cafe this morning. another at lunch,and one more at study hall. i came home and had some green tea and my mum cooked steak and potatoes. so far my symptoms seem to eh the same, tingling of hands, dizziness,and slight chest pain,but the chest pain has ceased now im just dizzy

nope, the only other option is to get my mum to take me to the er tonight and i dont wanna deal with that cuz i have so much school stuff to worry about. im feelin ok now, just dizzy and a little cold,but it hink thats cuz the furnace is off lol. im gonna see how i am tomorrow and if there is no change im going regardless. and if not and something goes wrong,well it sbeen cool knowing you guys

I'm 29 i've never taken drugs, nor do i ever intend to, it's a sad state that so many young people aretalking all manner of crap to have a good time or forget who they are or where they are and get off there head.

yesterday i started to get a wierd tingling in my right arm,along with my heart beating really fast and some chest pain, i dismissed it and figured i ate something bad,but today as im talking right now im dizzy, my hands tingle and my vision isnt too great. i've searched these symptoms and it leads to what it says to be type 2 diabetes. i would go get myself check but, there might be some "substances" in my system i dont want anyone to know about or my parents will freak on me,but im also really scared that i wont be able to take care of myself long enough to get the stuff out of my system. what should i do?
