I think this ultimate Pred looks pretty awesome. Maybe that’s because I was also a fan of the Berserker Pred in Predators.

Eh, I don't like it. It's such a pointless idea, and ruins Predators, IMO.

However, the new trailer was pretty cool. The normal Predator, named "Fugitive" is what I'm hyped for. His scenes look awesome.

These trailers haven't done much for me, but I'm still excited for this movie. I was a big fan of that last one as well though and kinda wish we could've seen more of that.

Yup, me too. Keegan Michael-Key sells the hell out of that joke.

To me, it seemed weird that a grown-ass man would be making that joke as opposed to a surly teenager on Xbox Live. It also seemed weird that they put that line in the trailer.

Agreed. Just didn’t work for me really. Wasn’t funny IMO. But other than that I enjoyed the trailer a lot.

I have to say... I just don't know what to think either way with this last trailer. I am especially not sure about what seems to be the nominal lead. If this had been Tom Jane and Key in the forefront I would have less trepidation. On the other hand... I don't get the issue with the Super Pred.

On the other, other hand... Shane has been off his game for me. I am one that was very unimpressed with IM3 which outside of the jokes was a pretty inert film for me and that was with a spry RDJ at the center of it all.

I want to like this movie. But it kind of bothers me how it doesn't "look" better then the original film. It kind of looks like Black's Iron Man 3, but cheaper, anytime there is CGI on screen. And because of that, it loses all its grit. This is made worse seeing the crew on the bus, who just don't look capable in the least. They feel very overtly Hollywood. Also, I get a very cheap vibe from the Predator armor. The movie just doesn't look great to me and that kind of sucks.

That's not the problem I have with it, though. It's the manner of the insult. To me, "If your mom's vagina were a video game, it'd be rated E for Everyone" just sounds like it was written by a teenager doing a rap battle in a school cafeteria.

Yeah, I'm getting a "cash grab" vibe from this, much like I did from Alien Covenant. At the very least, I just hope it's fun since it's a Shane Black movie, after all.

And if they still insist on making a Predator vs Predator Movie, please stop with all the super Predators and enhanced bull****. Just give us a renegade Predator, who doesn't follow the rules, is reckless, causes unnecessary destruction and doesn't distinguish between armed and unarmed prey. Just a complete psychopath, who's being hunted by his own clan.

I wasn't too hot on the initial teaser/trailer, but this one has my attention.

I can't help but think this hybrid Predator has some connection to the Predators we were introduced too in the Predators film with Adrian Broody. I know it was stated in [that] film that they were a different clan or whatever, but that was speculation at best, and we know [those] Predators hunted the [original] Predators which seemingly is the same thing that's happening here.

I mean, it looks like an almost perfect halfway point between the two. We will see if they are connected or not.

That is possible, but I really meant literally. Like they shot it in the same location.

I’d watch the hell out of that. I would also keep human characters to minimum. A remake of Predator but with a group of Preds hunting the rogue. Subtitles when the Preds speak.

I'd still focus on the human characters as the past Movies did, and have them slowly figure out that multiple killers are roaming free. One that is more destructive and doesn't care who's in the crossfire, and another one who's more precise and methodically and seems to only kill when someone gets in his way.

I'd really love to see a scene like this in a Movie. Of course without Batman.
