Forgot to mention, if you're at 0% power, you must recharge a full turn...that means you skip your next turn and then areback at 100% on your turn following the skipped turn. But, that also means you can't block or attack

When attacking, you said you have to be in a four square radius. Does that include the square you are standing on at the time, or does it have to be three squares then the target?

And honestly, I'm a little annoyed that we didn't get a thing done today. I stayed back from doing some other stuff I personally wanted to do because I wanted to get this out of the way, but nothing was done. I've made it very clear in the past that the weekdays are terrible for starting anything early for me, and when I'm told that we're going to try and do a lot of this round over the weekend, and then it doesn't happen, I'm a little mad. I don't want to get screwed over when I'm here, having already sent in my stuff for this round and waiting around for days, and others haven't and had the whole weekend to do it.
