Of the 3 teams that have lost the Finals twice, Hobbit Brigade is the only winless team, so they would be the 90's Buffalo Bills in this league haha
Though to be fair, both the Hobbit Brigade AND the Regulators have lost the Big Game TWICE in Five Years.
