Should DC do another TV show?

I think that both the Question and a show focusing on Dick Grayson are great choices but a tv version of Batman loosely based on the Nolan Tim Burton movies is what I'd most like to see.

I think I would like it a different way. :awesome:

Green Arrow or Martian Manhunter.
That could be interesting; even with all his powers the show could keep things pretty low key and still have an interesting series. After awhile they could start introducing the White Martians, kind of like the changelings on DS9; Odo thinks he's the last, but there are actually others and they're evil. It'd be a great way to raise the stakes.

Mostly I want a Robin series. They have to make it serious and dark. Not "Nolan dark", but dark in another way. Dick Grayson should be a character with lots of tragedy in his life. Not just the loss of his parents but also from paying the prize of taking on the role of a hero.

They could make him a litte gay in a tragic way so it's not played on for laughs, but rather something that make him vulnerable in a physological way.
Or they could make him a half-emo person, with lots of thoughts and problems.

If they were to do another show they have to stop thinking that DC revolves around Superman and Batman.

Smallville didn't even had a good send off. Welling didn't even want to wear the Superman uniform. The only time the show did exceptional was when there were special guest apperances by DC characters. Amazingly not once was Batman mentioned.

Aquaman could've been a great tv show (Mercy Reef) had the CW producers and executives got behind the project or even sell it to another network that would've been the difference between DC Comics and Marvel/Disney studios.

Wonder Woman is part of the DC Trinity and she is not even given proper respect. The latest tv show didn't pan out well, she gets one dvd and yet no film not even a script. This is a character that girls look up too, little does DC act upon such strong character that has been around for ages.

The Flash is another well known character and had only one season.

If all DC does is work around the same characters every year in and out all they are going to do is burn out their own fanbase. Batman has had 2 good runs under Nolan going on a 3rd, after that no more Nolan and it will be a long time before another good Batman comes out or someone takes over it and screws it over. Same with Superman Returns, a rendition of Superman II; Man of Steel feels that is going that same way too.

Johns, Didio and Lee are the heads of DC Comics, with almost 40 years of experience you would think that they could come out with better projects and they simply don't try hard enough. I wish they got it together already.
