The Leaguer said:DC is already ultimate. They are better than Marvel. DC is a better company than Marvel. Marvel is worse than DC. DC pwns Marvel. Marvel is not as good as DC.

YA is pretty good. and that's about it, OH! and Ares is good as well.sethcohen said:burnt toast is better than all of the marvel titles... combined...

In fact, I think that since summer 04, when the big events were Identity Crisis and Avengers Disassembled, that was the turning point (at least for me) . I loved IC and despised AD, and it went from there. Don't get me wrong, I still love Marvel books like Astonishing X-Men, Runaways, Ultimates, and Civil War, but I went a complete 180. Now, this is all IMO, but DC has been owning Marvel in comics (don't forget about Vertigo), film, and TV too! Between Smallville and Justice League, DC reigns on the small screen as well. Agree?

I was a huge Marvel guy, and now I'm full on DC. Look at the movies even: Since Spider-Man 2, Marvel has produced three major films that range from half-decent to disappointing (godawful if you count Man-Thing) : Blade 3, FF, X-Men 3. Meanwhile, DC knocked it out of the park with Batman Begins and Superman Returns.

You are absolutely right. Infact, marvels stories were all great before the turn of the millenium(2000). Now Dc comics plots make marvels look like kiddie stuff. Especially with all the typos marvel makes in their comics. Did anyone notice Spiderman civil war#532 was titled "the war at home part1"Vic Von Doom said:I'm arguing with the whole idea of this. Prognosticator said:Yeah, that was refering to the Golden age of comics, b/c Marvel wasn't even on the market till WWII. Even at most, it could also be refering to Silver Age comics. I've seen that History Channel special three times b/f, including again this weekend. You're creating "facts" that don't truly support what you are saying.
