yeah, NO, sorry.
I'm from Mexico and I knew more about your countries political situations when I was ten.
Well I am sorry...I would never ever want to live in Mexico. Your political situation and specifically your penal codes are horrible. Bribery runs rampant in your police force. Everyone from your country is coming over here...there has to be a reason for it???

Yeah so rather than make everyone else distance themselves from you...apologize.:whatever: You guys are making Republicans look sane with this...the point was no one understood what he was getting at, I didn't, my mom and dad (who are all from Massachusetts and voted for Kerry...hell my Dad's been there 55 years)...I've listened to this about 15 times on the news. What he said was offensive, so f***ing apologize.
Did you even question why it's on the news? The White House MADE this an issue. Reminds me of the perjury trap Ken Starr set for Clinton.

Democrats are hippy liberals that want to raise my taxes. I think it is funny how you talk about only the Republicans using smear campaigns and mud fights...how funny. The liberal media has been smearing Bush and the entire Republican party lately because it sells papers and prescribes viewers. When the Democrats where in power, it was the same way. You only hear about the bad things from the party in power...the good things make page 16 and no one hears about them.

Name one good thing the Republicans have done since they've been in power. Are you a Republican yourself? Do you support their cause? Because if so, you're about to be seriously owned with this post.

Democrats(from my own perspective) have done a lot of good. Not saying they're all wonderful and that some of them aren't worthless, because let's be frank, some don't even deserve to be in the position they're in anyways. However, you say Bush has been smeared by the media? You ever watch Fox News? They defend him and worship this man as if God Himself annoited him and made him out to be the Archangel of the United States of America.

CNN and MSNBC have "smeared" Bush, because Bush has done a lot of idiotic things that have affected this country and has flat out lied about the Iraq war. Plain and simple. There's nothing the media can do to make Bush and his conservative base look bad, as they've done a bang up job doing that by themselves.

When the Democrats were in power(Clinton) you had a surplus, jobs being created, health care, America not being attacked, and allies from other nations supporting and talking with America. Since Bush has been in office no good has come of his Presidency.

When Clinton tried to do the right thing the Republicans cared about his sex life more than they cared about the country.

You can go back to the X3 forums now.

I listened to the Imus clip, he said "I am sorry I botched a joke, I don't like to botch jokes". He should say "I am sorry what I said was offensive, I never meant it and I won't make a statement like that again".

from CNN.com:

John Kerry said:
"I sincerely regret that my words were misinterpreted to wrongly imply anything negative about those in uniform, and I personally apologize to any service member, family member, or American who was offended"

well, for those of us familiar with uh, math, that statement seems idiotic.
those Mexicans who do go to the states legally or Illegaly are moved by the reason people not living in war torn coutries do this.

MONEY.

but underscoring your ignorance was totally worth it.

If you would read back a few pages instead of running in here and trying to save the day for Democrats...then you wouldn't look like such an idiot. I already said that Clinton did great things when he was in power but his sex scandal is the only thing he is remembered for because it sells more papers.

Who are you talking to? Right now, I would rather live in Canada or the Bahamas but I am happy with my country...a change is coming. Bush and his crew have f'ed up a lot of things.

you.

No. You come in here to chime in with your worthless opinion supporting the Republican party and calling people jackasses because they don't agree with you.

You're the same way here as you are on the X3 forums.

The minute you said "the media smears Bush and his party" is when I stopped taking your post seriously.

Mexico is the 7th richest country in the world...US is number 1. We got there for a reason. If your country is so much better than America as you want to believe...millions upon millions of your citizens wouldn't migrate here every year for better opporunties. Your sad government continues the cycle of poverty and squanders their tax money. You have entire villages of poor and unsanitary conditions for its residents. Mexico city is overrun with pollution and its outskirts are lined with cardboard houses and shanties, yet the government does nothing.

So when your contries politics and conditions improve to that above the US's or when you become a legal citizen here...then you have nothing to say on our politics.

ShadowBoxing said:
So because the Republicans don't apologize, Democrats should not either. I thought you guys wanted change.
I didn't say democrats shouldn't apologize. But this was a successful smear campaign by the right. Mostly every reporter and politician who attacked Kerry knew his words were taken out of context. It should have never reached this level of publicity.

The fact that Kerry was forced to apologize shows that the public is easily manipulated.

Bush was the one who said he was going to change the tone in Washington.
So what, pigs will fly when Bush apologizes for anything honestly. Now the democrats, especially Howard Dean, say the same thing. If you've read their campaign talking points they said "honesty" and "accountability" were one of the things they want to bring to Washington. So prove it, prove it now. I know it's not a big thing, but you cannot handle something small like this...a simple apology for having diarreah mouth...then why the f*** should I trust you with the big things. At least I know Bush and the Republicans f*** up and lie and cheat and steal. The devil I do know in that case.

Imus was right "just stop talking and apologize". Just stop the bullsh**, this stuff drives me nuts. I am not going to defend Bush, but that doesn't mean I have to defend Democrats either.

I don't care what Bush does, the discussion here is not "Bush should apologize". It's about Kerry. Look at you all falling for spin, I mean goddamnit. "Kerry you should apologize for that", and Kerry replies "Hey look what Bush is doing". That is exactly what Bush does. Kerry should not do the same crap.

I sincerely hope you get shot and killed. You are a waste of life. Your very existence mocks the American flag, which I used to respect. If everyone else in the Armed Forces is as despicable as you are, I hope the enemies win. They can't possibly be any more horrid than you and your comrades are.
You aren't ****. :down

He shouldn't have to apologize for a botched joke like it was the Nagasaki bombing.

Read my other posts jack @ss. Quit barging into forums, reading one post, and commenting on it from there. I am bi-partisan and in a latter thread stated what the media did to Clinton and what it has always done. If my opinion is worthless, what does that make yours??? Gold? You are a single minded pompous idiotic poster that thinks he is high and mighty above everyone else. I read your posts in the X3 forum and you come across as a rude and worthless individual with nothing nice to say. I don't hurl insults at any posters and directed my post to the politicians. But when someone makes fun of me or my opinion, which you have no right to, I push back.

well, first of all again, thanks for underscoring your idiocy, bring me one post in this thread where I say Mexico is better that the US (america is a continent sport).
you keep doing this thing where you try and win an argument by pointing out something completely irrelevant.
I'm still from Mexico, I still know more than you about US politics (the point i was making)
and I will say whatever I want about US politics, because I can.

there you go.

I hope that was clear, I can't use hand puppets through the internet, but I'm sure you get my point.

If you have to resort to name calling for a debate, then your argument has failed and you showed you can't handle facts or a debate in general.

Good day.
